BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 Passes included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Had a great time even with some bad weather, Boardwalk 387 was as lovely as it had been portrayed. Was still able to enjoy views of the gulf through out the wind and rain thanks to the covered balcony. Our family made great memories and will definitely be using Beachball rentals for a third time!! Already searching for next years stay 🏝😊

A great 2-week getaway. My husband and I were there for 2 weeks. We had our son, daughter-in-law, and 12-year-old grandson were there the entire first week. Best time ever being at the beach, and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

Nicely mainained unit. Plenty of room for us. Owners were easy to contact. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the ocean. Happy we missed the horrible Missouri weather the month of January.

The condo was great.It was located in a great location. There was a restaurant behind the condo Sea and Suds that had great food.It was very popular. I really liked the beach view. I would definitely recommend the condo at Boardwalk.

Although we usually have 4 on our trips, circumstances reduced it to 3. First, what a great place! Before expanding I must say it was unexpected to be asked to pay $50 per hour to check-in early on the day we arrived. I've never had to do that. Regardless, the property was as described and after the first few days we met people who have returned year after year. We can see why. Being right on the pristine Gulf beaches is amazing. The unit was very clean and spacious enough for us. And the balcony looked right over the Gulf. We were within walking distance of a great place to eat; Sea and Suds. Convenient access to groceries, liquor and more good food was exactly what we wanted. Thanks Gulf Shores! To anyone going, get The Bushwaker drink as often as you can and at as many places aa possible; dont forget to add a topper.

This Condo was very nice. It was nicely decorated and clean. Perfect location for walking to Sea and Suds which is directly in front of condo. Hangout isn't that far to walk either. Nice pool and the beach is in front. We had no problem with parking at the condo either. I will stay there again! The FREESE'S.
