Wonderful place to stay

This was our fist time to stay here but the view was wonderful. The condo was a perfect place to stay and enjoy the pool view and ocean. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Beach vacation

We had a wonderful time in the Gulf Shores and will definitely be back next year. "Sit N Sea" was a great place to stay. The location is amazing and the accommodations were very nice. Terry was very quick to respond to any issues we may have had. We have already booked this condo for next year and we can't wait to be back.

Great condo and excellent location

This was a great condo! Stayed here in early August with two adults and two older teens. Condo is well maintained. Great communication with the owner. We had everything we needed for our stay. Extremely close and easy access to the beach. We did buy beach chairs/umbrella at Walmart because the rental set up was set back from the beach a fair amount and the tents were required to be in the very back of the beach front. Would stay here again!

Fantastic trip - and host

The unit is clean and well stocked with awesome dolphin views. The vibe is pretty low key, so makes it great for a truly relaxing vacation. And I just cannot say enough about how responsive and helpful Terry is. This is our second stay at his unit and I intend to return again next year.

Property was very much as advertised, perhaps even better. Views of the gulf were incredible, access to beach and pool a breeze. Unit conveniently close to elevator and well furnished. Master Bed was super comfortable and has two great windows to look at the gulf while laying in the bed. We will definitely be back in this unit in the future!

Perfect location to relax and get to know Gulf Shores, Al.!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this lovely condo. The location is so handy and the views priceless!! Wanted a vacation to get away and “unplug” and couldn’t have been happier. We really had no issues for which we had to contact Terry. His communications were thorough, easy to follow and very timely! Sit N Sea

This condo is great for 2 people. Balcony is small but great view. Clean and nicely decorated. The only suggestion I would offer is that the mattress are not comfortable and should be replaced. Also the front door could be more attractive with fresh paint. When I saw the front door (first impression), I was concerned but the condo was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

This unit was great. It had a great view from the balcony. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had about everything needed from silverware, pots and pans, dishes, blender, crockpot. The check in/out process was super easy. If we come back to gulf shores I would totally stay here again.
