Edgewater West 23 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor with breathtaking Gulf-front views from the enclosed balcony.

• The enclosed balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring runs throughout the entire unit.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining area seats six, with two additional barstools for extra seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.

• The living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.

• The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin bed.

• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.

• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Nice location away from noise, but close enough to walk to shops and hangout! Well maintained condo and grounds. Only issue was elevator when we were leaving was malfunctioning because of kids playing with it the night before!

The condo was great, it fit our family of 4 perfectly. We all enjoyed the enclosed balcony and watching the dolphins from there. The communication was great and we had no probelms at all.

Nice beachfront condo

Nice clean place to stay. Loved the enclosed balcony, can sit in air conditioned area and still enjoy the beach without the hassle of getting sand everywhere. There was plenty of room for my husband, myself and my daughter.

Great unit!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Our only complaint is that the elevator was down due to some flooding in the building so we had to carry everything up and down the stairs. Good thing the unit was on the 2nd floor. Loved that it was right on the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo on the beach!

We loved everything about the condo. The views was amazing. Just steps from to the beach. Pool was nice and clean. Loved the enclosed balcony, the top windows opened which was so nice. Condo was very clean and roomy, kitchen had everything we needed. Look forward to booking again. Highly recommend this condo. Favorite restaurant we ate at was cobalt it was delicious.

Condo was overall clean. Needs updating but the whole building needs that. Did not like not being able to get in before check-in when the condo was clearly ready! For the time we were there it was a good place to stay.

Was a very lovely apt, owner was very friendly and answered asap and we were able to check in a bit early, was a bit confused by pictures seems it’s on bottom floor but there are elevators, and they were working fine! pool was clean. Beds aare uncomfortable in 2nd room but like sleeping on a wood plank I would advise bringing a foam cover. Wound up having to sleep on couch but other than that was a lovely stay

A Home in Paradise

Beautiful...clean..balcony was exceptional..It was enclosed but had windows you could open and hear the ocean. It was located right above the swimming pool and I could watch and talk to my family at the same time. Right on the edge of the water with no long walks to get through the sand...didn't even need our wagon we brought with us. I liked that the 2 bedrooms were seperated into their own living space. We want to come back!!!!

Our stay was located on the beach. The room was clean and the staff kept the property clean. We LOVED our view and we were able to watch our grandsons swim. Perfect room and location.

The location was lovely but the cleanliness of the condo was not really up to par and the shower in the primary bath did not drain well. We had an issue with the parking passes not being left for us but the host had maintenance deliver them to us. We would stay again and recommend it.

Living Great At The EdgeWater

I really really enjoyed the experience my kids and I enjoyed it all no regrets on choosing this nice room with nice tv sceneries, and the bed was amazing 10/10
