Labor Day Vacation

The accommodation was perfect. The location was excellent too. The condo was clean and presented as it looked from the pictures online. Contact was easy if we had an issue. We were close to different eating and shopping outlet. Would recommend!

The condo was perfect for us. The on-site staff were very helpful. We would definitely like to come back when it’s warmer. The outside temps were too cold for my liking.

My stay at this property was very relaxing. Being a senior citizen it was easy to get in and out of the property. Great restaurants close by the property. Clean inside and out. Beach accessible and very quiet. I will book another getaway.

Great beach vacation

Even though it was storming most of the weekend. Getaway was still great. Well located property right on prime beach. Lots to do and eat within walking distance and short drive. We had an awesome weekend. Will definitely be returning here.

Great location! More like a condo!

Great location! Walking distance to food and entertainment. It was exactly like a 1br condo without a washer and dryer. Only a few issues- the elevator was the slowest I have ever encountered- especially for a 9 story building. The pool was ridiculously small. The rental chairs are too far away from the water, thus your tent, if you bring one, is even further. The tent police were obnoxious! I know this had nothing to do with the rental but it would be a major issue to consider going back.

Girls Beach Trip 2022

The only inconvenience I would say we had was the elevators. They were super slow and wasn't enough for the capacity of people staying in the building. I would suggest check in and check out times to be staggered so everyone isn't trying to come and go all at once. Everything else was fantastic!

Not The Phoenix We Thought

The unit is very outdated in many aspects from the bathrooms to the rust at the bottom of the dishwasher. My wife and I were under the impression that it was the other Phoenix on the Gulf Shores end. I pulled back the sheets on the bed and it was stained. You couldn’t tell if it was a recent stain or one that just couldn’t be removed after many washes. Either way, it was unacceptable. The unit was so outdated along with the state of the bedding, that my wife and I immediately left the property and spent hours finding somewhere else to stay for the night and the remainder of our visit. The elevator was also VERY slow although we understood it was a holiday weekend. The unit was comparable to a very low grade pay by the hour hotel and was not like the photos depicted.

Dirty and little hot water.

Floors were dirty and baseboards. Hair in our room and dust on the floors. Showered first night we got there wed evening and 1st shower ran out after 10 to 15 min. I had to wait 20 min then ran out after 10 min. Called office and they said theyd call maintenence. Checked on it friday morning cause we didnt hear anything Thursday and we were gone during the day. No one had ever come to look at it. Girl at office calls and the guy was rude. I could hear him saying they cant take 30 min showers. So guy checks while we are gone and leaves a not nice note telling us we can run the dishwashers and shower. Well, we never used the dishwasher hardly even washed dishes. It was just me and my college daughter. Ive been in many hotels/condos. You dont run out of water. This place has individual tanks. Dumb if you have multiple guest. It would take hours to get ready. So a plumber comes friday around 3:30. He says the tank is really old so changes the thermostat. He was nice and so was the hotels maintenance supervisor. So we shower and same issue. I go into the office sat to let them know and of course Allie the Mgr is off. She had said that she would compensate is for the i convenience. Well....nope and the Asst Mgr offered nor seemed to care. We also couldnt open the balcony doors a couple nights or sit outside cause someone above us was smoking weed. We will not stay here again. We showered twice and that was it due to the hot water issue. We just had to rinse off.

Gulf Shores

The location was excellent. The beach - being close to bars and restaurants was nice. Although the refrigerator did leak a little and some outlets did not work. The place was adequate. The view off our balcony was spectacular.

Right on the Beach :)

We really enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed, was clean, and was a 2-3 minute trip from our room to being on the beach. Many of our neighbors were smoking on their balcony throughout the day, but the view was so great that it didn’t dampen our experience. We would definitely stay here again.

If you like peace and quiet and don’t smoke, find something else

We were pretty disappointed with our stay- we made a very last minute decision to go to the beach, so, there wasn’t much to choose from. Cons: -from the beginning, trying to book was extremely difficult to communicate with this company - nothing was clear about check-in process - EVERYONE on the propert that works here, smokes cigarettes. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony because every time we stepped out, someone was smoking. I called the front desk 12 different times to complain, no one answers. I stopped by, no one was there. Every employee smokes, so, when we found security to complain, nothing was done. - the room is LOUD. You can hear so much road noise, slamming, rolling... it’s never quiet. - the cleanliness was awful - sand everywhere upon arrival, we had to wear shoes inside the whole time. I had to use a towel to dry something up and the white towel turned black... dust everywhere, on headboard, fan, everywhere.- - everything is dated and needs to be remodeled- it’s clear that new paint was slapped on old stuff. - the pool is legitimately the smallest pool I’ve ever seen at a property- if one family is in it... it’s full. -the elevator- yes, one elevator (other one was broken during our stay) was the slowest elevator in history- we spent the majority of our time waiting on it, and, it was so hott once inside. The positives- -the mattresses were comfortable - the beach view was beautiful -the kitchen was stocked pretty well for cooking All in all - not close to worth the money for price paid and service was subpar. I’m so tired of smelling cigarettes and marijuana....
