One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

For the price and location this was a great place for a quick getaway with the kids. The beach was closer than expected and the Flip Flip deli shop was just across the street. Would go back!

The property was just perfect for our family. The view was amazing . Place was clean, full kitchen was great. Checking in and checking out was super easy. Location was also great. Would definitely come back in the area and use Brett Robinson’s rental places .

Soccer Tournament

Came down for soccer tournament. After 10 hour drive the check in staff was the absolute best!!! The unit is a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable and the location and very could not be beat!

The general stay was good.The pool was filthy most of the time.was on the 11th floor elevator was not working properly and had no air coming throughrhe room itself was okay showr was terrible and barh very small,hole in celing.this.must be one of the older propertys
