The unit is appointed with art from local artists for a cool, beachy feel. The large master bedroom features a new King Size bed with great Gulf Views, master bathroom, and private balcony access.The guest bedroom has one twin bed and a full size bed, its own full bath. If you are accommodating more than four guests, linens are available for the sleeper sofa in the living room. The main access to the balcony is off the living area where, you’ll find gorgeous Gulf views and is the perfect spot to watch a spectacular coastal sunset. The Condo has TV's in the living area and both bedrooms along with. Cable TV and Internet Access are provided. On the property, there are seven pools (including one indoor saltwater pool, one outdoor saltwater pool, and one kiddie pool), new indoor 11x12 ft saltwater water hot tub, outdoor hot tub (outdoor hot tub is closed from May 15 - September 15), dry heat saunas, exercise room, Pickle ball courts, putting green, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and swap library.
