Caribbean 101 is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. This inviting condo is ideally suited for small families or groups looking to enjoy a beachfront stay with all the comforts of home.

The Primary suite in Caribbean 101 offers a serene retreat, featuring a plush King bed and a private bathroom complete with a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. This suite provides a perfect blend of comfort and luxury for a relaxing stay.

The second bedroom is equipped with a cozy Queen bed and its own private bath, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Both bedrooms are outfitted with flat-screen TVs, catering to individual entertainment needs.

The heart of the condo is the fully equipped kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Whether preparing a quick snack or a full meal, the kitchen is ready to meet all your culinary needs.

The living room includes a sofa sleeper, expanding the sleeping arrangements, and provides a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing. Another highlight of Caribbean 101 is the balcony overlooking the water, offering spectacular views and a tranquil setting to enjoy the Gulf's beauty.

Caribbean 101 combines the allure of Gulf-front living with the convenience and comfort of modern amenities, making it an excellent choice for a memorable beach vacation. This unit is pet-friendly. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• Pets must be 20 pounds or less.
• One pet is allowed per unit.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times.
• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

To cap off your day, the fully-loaded sauna area awaits, offering a soothing environment to sweat out stress and rejuvenate.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Great location, close to everything but not right in the busy part of town. Our only complaint was that the floor was filthy, as if it has never been mopped. Everyone's feet were black not long after we got there so we all made sure to wear shoes around the condo for our full stay. Other than that the place was clean and we very much enjoyed it! We will be back!

Great condo, very comfortable for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids(11/14), more spacious than we thought it would be. Right above pool, so perfect to let older kiddos swim with supervision from balcony. Quick boardwalk to beautiful, sandy white beach! The condo had Everything we needed to cook in. Check in was delayed (hours), which was very disappointing. But vacation and condo was amazing.

I want the owner to read this review. The property needs someone’s attention. The place was dirty, the elevator did not work, the pool was never cleaned, it’s a shame to pay the high prices to stay at the beach and your accommodations are terrible. I asked for a partial refund because it was that bad. I’m sure I will never hear back from that request.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were dirty to the point that the bottom of our feet were black. We didn’t have a key for the indoor pool and gym. It took 2 trips to the office (off site) to get a key. Overall it was a nice condo. We had 5 people and only 5 towels and 3 washcloths.

The facility was just as shown in the pictures. It was stocked with everything we needed and it was clean on arrival. We had trouble with Netflix on our tv in the living room and I sent a text to let them know we were unable to access it and I never got a response back. There was a problem with on-site parking as there are not enough spaces to accommodate everyone. We had to park across the street a few times and it was very inconvenient if you have bags of groceries to carry in across a very busy road. The place was showing some wear and could use some minor repairs, but over all we were happy with our 2 week stay. I loved how close it was to get to the beach from the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great view of the beach. The grill area by the pool really needs to be kept up better. Parking is terrible, I purchased an extra parking pass and there was no need for it; had to park across the road at a construction area the entire week. I asked for a refund, they declined.We only saw security twice. The pool has so much sand in it because people bypass the rinse station and rinse feet in pool. The condo is smaller than expected. The pullout sofa mattress was so thin, you could feel the metal under it. We did not use, ended up buying an air mattress.(yeah, it was that bad)Toilets are outdated and tiny, handle sticks when flushed.Found a roach in 2nd bedroom.Bifold doors to washer and dryer come off track and stick.There is only 1 elevator and it stay busy; the indoor stairway reeks of urine.
