Things to know:
The Seawind Elevator Modernization Project will take place from Fall 2025 and end by Spring 2026. Both the tower and club building elevators will be under construction during this time period. The tower building (where your unit is located) will have one elevator operating at a time while the other is under construction. The club building elevator will be closed while under construction, so the gym will only be accessible through the stairs during that time. Construction workers and equipment will be on site, and construction noise is to be expected during working hours. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
