Take the elevator up to your beachfront condo and enjoy stunning Gulf views that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, upscale furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

    This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional with a Smart TV, gather around the dining table for 8 or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped, high-end kitchen.

    Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in breathtaking views of the sugar-white sand beaches. Accessible from multiple bedrooms, this outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

    The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle, accommodating up to three additional guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

    Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to a 7th floor hospitality area with games and space to relax, or watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

    Gulf Place amenities are reserved exclusively for registered, paying guests. Outside guests and visitors are not permitted on the property, and all registered guests must wear a Gulf Place wristband.

Gulf Shores Condo

Beautiful property, plenty of room. in a great location. I wish we had been on a higher floor as the bathroom behind the property blocked the view of the ocean.

Great stay

Property is new and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location was very convenient with access to shopping, grocery, restaurants and the beach. Noise from the Hangout directly across the street would be a consideration for some, but overall something we didn't have a major issue with.

Absolutely the best

This will be my go to in gulf shores! We stayed in 301. Clean large rooms throughout with amazing views, floor to ceiling windows. Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance. It was perfect for a sister’s getaway. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Gorgeous Condo, Outstanding Location

This is the one. The condo is beautiful - modern, well-appointed. Pool is incredible. Location has great energy. Everything is within walking distance.

Excellent location and facility

We loved the condo and loved the location. I disagree with the reviews about noise - we never had a problem. I loved having the store downstairs, the beach steps away, and being next to all the fun shops and The Hangout. Owner is very responsive and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

Family getaway

The property is exactly as shown. Clean, spacious and very lovely. The pool area is beautiful. The ping pong room had a small kitchen and other games, that was a nice surprise. You can hear the music from the Hangout but that ends at 10. My family loved this place and I was so happy we found it.

Very convenient and comfortable. Live music from the Hangout can be heard, but it stops at a reasonable time. If you need complete silence, you may need to be on the bay side of the building. Store and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is close.

Gulf Place is Great!

Other than a couple small maintenance inconveniences, this was one of the nicest places we have stayed at on a beach vacation! The condo was perfect for our multiple family getaway, the beach was just steps away along with multiple restaurants and shops. Parking was not right next to the building but it didn’t matter much because we rarely needed the car. The noise from the hangout being next door didn’t really bother us much and we enjoyed listening to the live bands in the evenings.

Great place

Condo was outstanding from the location to the cleanliness to the communication. The only minor thing was there were having trouble to keep door secure, but I talked to the security guy he reported it. Usually there was a security person down there while they were having problems with the door. Would definitely recommend as well as do a return visit.

Check in was easy. The door to the master bedroom going outside to the balcony was broken and couldn’t be locked. The place could’ve been cleaner. It was like the people who cleaned the place. Didn’t really take pride in their job. The pots and pans had food stuck in them from the previous guest, which is also gross. Upon leaving, we found a dead roach in the living room, which is disgusting. Being close to downtown was convenient when it wasn’t raining. Walking in the rain to go to your car sucks.

Great Stay!

We normally stay at Tourquise Place but this trip was last minute and they were booked Gulf Place was just as nice if not nicer than Tourquise not to mention the extra perks like priority seating at the Hangout and Sunliner dinner, Hour and half wait time at Hangout we were seated in less than 5 minutes Absolutely loved the location, small complex so no waiting on elevators, rooftop infinity pool was also a huge plus We were traveling with 4 kids ages 11,11,12,10 they also loved staying in this location, large grass area for kids to play, great beach with lifeguards, ice cream shop across the street and of course all the fun at Hangout Also have to mention the great security guard, always there to open the door and help keep an eye on the kids Will definitely be staying here again!

It was perfect. The view, beds, showers, Furniture, and balcony were amazing. Even the security guards were super nice. It was so roomy and convenient. Our kids went to the hangout every night. We will be back.

Great location in the heart of Gulf Shores with a great view of the beach. If you like music and later evenings, the live music next door is an added bonus. If not, it may not be for you. The condo was clean, spacious and as described. Will definitely be back

The location is great looking at the beach that is very well maintained. I'f I had any complaints, it's that the unit is ready for a deep clean. Walking in bare feet your feet would be filthy. Pool was great, as was the deck area. Had a great vacation, can't complain much about dirty feet.
