Each side of Gulf & Gulf includes 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Two of the bedrooms on each side are master suites. Each bedroom has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and a balcony overlooking the gulf or the golf course.

This listing is for one side; however, we own both! Stay in both sides of Gulf & Golf, and its a 10 BR accommodating up to 44. Inquire about taking the whole place!

Each kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, TWO fridges, and two icemakers.

Other great features include a sundeck area and covered porch, central air/heat, washer/dryer, televisions, cable, DVD players, and telephone service with free long distance. Towel service is available. There are community grills right across from the home.

Please note: this home is absolutely beachfront. It is located right on the gulf, with nothing between you and the gulf except the sand dunes. However, as with many areas on the gulf, you CANNOT walk directly from the back of this home to the water because of the protected dunes. They serve a very important role in protecting the homes, and harboring wildlife, and walking over them is not allowed as it breaks them down. However, there is a nice wide boardwalk right off our little private cul de sac (in fact, right by the closest of the pools which is ALSO right on our cul de sac, 2 homes over, so "right there"). This short boardwalk takes you directly to the beach/water, and, as a bonus, is great for folks who may have mobility concerns or may be lugging stuff in wagons or what have you! :-)

PLANTATION RESORT. AMENITIES GALORE!
The “Gulf and Golf” is located in the Plantation resort, next to the beautiful 18 hole Kiva Dunes Championship Golf Course. Approximately 12 miles west of Gulf Shores on Fort Morgan Parkway at Gulf Shores Plantation. Same great white sand beaches! Wonderful amenities, and at a great rate!

Kiva Grill and Sassy Bass Island Grill are both in the resort, and less than a half mile walk from this beachfront unit! Food, drink. Ultra convenient!

Located on Fort Morgan, Gulf & Golf is close to many restaurants, golf courses, and other things to do, feels away from it all (but is only a short drive to all the hubbub on Gulf Shores itself), and is often a more cost-efficient choice for those who seek something a little more laid back.

We offer HUGE discounts for month-long winter stays (up to 80%), a 7 for the price of 6 night special many times of the year (it is already factored into weekly pricing on VRBO!), and if you have a special request, e.g., for a non-Saturday check-in, we are happy to consider it. Please note, generally stays must be Saturday to Saturday during the summer--G&G is just way to popular and busy then to make exceptions. Sorry!

Perfect Vacation

This property is perfection! Just a few steps to the beach and the pool, this house had everything we could ask for! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, refrigerator and pantry space, and the location is a quick drive to every thing we wanted to do while on our vacation. We will definitely book here again if possible!

Great experience

We enjoyed staying in your home, thoroughly. It was an overall great experience. We appreciated the location and the home's amenities and greatly appreciated the pool across the street. Being close to the ocean was our goal and we were thankful for how the home was positioned. It was a great experience in many ways. Great time!!

We had a great time!! The house is in a great location as it is close to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. The air conditioner worked great during one of the hottest weeks of the year. There is a great view of the ocean from the porch however the current porch chairs have you sitting eye level with the porch rails. I liked that there were two refrigerators as we used one for drinks and the other for food.... Overall it was a great family vacation!

Right on the Beach; Close Access to Pools

We rented 13A and as advertised it was right on the beach with gorgeous views. There are dunes out back so to access the beach you have a very short walk past 2 houses right next door (via paved cul-de-sac), go through a gate and boom you are on the walkway to the beach less than 100 steps). Once you go through the gate you can either go to the left 10 steps to the pool(s) or to the right 10 steps to the walkway to the beach. The property itself w/all it's bedrooms and mix of king, queen and bunk beds accommodates large families and groups. It was perfect for us. The inside is very bright and cheery. It does have 2 refrigerators (bonus!), washer/dryer and comes with 4-5 parking spaces. I marked the check-in process at 4 stars because we did have some problems getting in due to an issue w/the keypad. Luckily we found an open door. It did take some time to coordinate from owner to management company but they were responsive and someone came out the next day to get the keypad working. Also, I did mark 4 stores for accuracy of the listing because the virtual tour is for the side we rented (13A) but the still pictures must be for the other side. We were pleased with the side we got because the sleeping options fit our group better. I didn't get a chance to speak to the owners about this but will. I marked the cleanliness of the property to 4 stars because there were some smaller items - the floors did not seem to be mopped on the upper level (gritty so we mopped) and the outlets on the main floor and the bathroom need to be replaced because they are worn out (meaning when you put a plug in it just falls out of the socket). Communication w/the owner was great so he is aware of this to fix in the future. This property is located in Ft. Morgan so its about 10-15 minutes away from major traffic and shopping. We all enjoyed the beautiful big sandy beach, grilling out, access to pools and the quietness of the location. We definitely recommend it.

Perfect week

This was a great place for 8 adults, 3 kids, 1 baby. We all had plenty of space. The beds were all super comfortable. Views of the beach were perfect and the property itself is extremely nice. We would love to come back again!

Great for large family with kids

We have a large family with several toddlers and small children. The house was comfortable and location ideal. The pool is close by as well as the beach. The house is well equipped. The property is nice, and we liked having a restaurant onsite for a meal out without packing all the little ones in car seats. Susan was helpful with questions.

Beautiful! No issues.

This townhome was great for my family - very spacious! It was well stocked with utensils and all things needed. The location was absolutely perfect — especially for all the small kids we had - very close to one of many pools and the walk to the beach was only 3-4 minutes.

Perfect house and location

We all had such a great time! The house was great, plenty of room and plenty of bedrooms. Although we spent most of our time outside on the decks. The location is perfect, far enough from the congestion of gulf shores but not that far of a drive. Same goes for the location of the house on the property! Had access to all of the amenities but could go through that fence to have time with just our family! Was the best vacation we had in awhile!

Definitely be back next time!

We had a great time at Gulf and Golf. We do this every three years with all our kids and grandkids. The house was great and accommodating for the 18 of us. The winds were high most of the week with double red flag warnings 3 of the day. Nevertheless we still got some quality beach time. It worked out having access to the pools and amenities of the resort. We will definitely be back next time.[Really glad GG worked well for you all Jim, especially with the days when the red flags were out--lots of options for things to do around the resort when that's the case. Great get away at Gulf & Golf

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The house was perfect in so many ways. The view, the cleanliness, the space that allowed us all to stay together, the proximity to the beach as well as the pool. Our best friend has overcome a rare form of cancer this last year. On Monday of the trip, he looked at me and told me that he felt the most normal that he has felt in the past year. And, I knew exactly the feeling. That house will forever and always hold some of our families most amazing memories. We only had to reach out to local management once bc the deadbolt was not working. The response was immediate and issue was resolved within an hour. We are sad that life has to go back to normal, but, when we are able to get a date where we can all vacation together again, we will definitely be reaching out.

Awesome beach home!

My group of 12 stayed for 8 days in Gulf and Golf East and loved it. We had age ranges of 1 year old to 57 years old and it was perfect for all. The kitchen was well stocked, which was a plus because we were able to do a grocery pickup the day of arrival and cook most meals in the home...HUGE SAVINGS! So many bathrooms meant no waiting for 'your turn'. Big space, lots of room..and THE VIEWS! Every balcony has a great beach view! Ample parking area for multiple cars. As having alot of kiddos in our group, the safe feel of the resort/nieghborhood left us at ease for letting our teens walk around the pools andto and from the beach without fear... cant put a price on peace of mind! I'll definitely recommend this place for a family or large group looking to stay in a less busy beach area!
