1125 West Beach Blvd. Gulf Shores, AL Unit 605
Condo is located in West Beach area, approximately 1.5 miles from Hwy 59 and the Hangout.
Top floor, end unit (3 flights of stairs, no elevator)

Parking:
This condo has its own designated parking space marked 605 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. No extra parking available at this complex.

The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach.
Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway.
Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor.
This condo is beach side. This condo has a large private deck/balcony. This condo is the end unit on the top floor in the west building. We also have great views of the gulf from each bedroom.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.

Great little getaway

This place was a excellent, lityle get away place. We enjoyed having the balcony that looked put the ocean. The private acto the beach was nice as well. The hpus8ng place was excellent, clean and cozy just like a home away from home. The owners were very kind amd responsive within a timely manner. Would recommend and looking to stay in the future.

Very nice property!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday. The residence was very nice and clean. It has a large patio with a great view of the beach. The property has direct access to the beach. We have no complaints and would recommend this property.

Third time staying here!!

If you want to be as close to the beach as possible this is where you want to be!! We love staying here! The balcony is amazing for eating dinner, watching the sunset and listening to the waves.

Quick vacation

Property was perfect for our quick getaway unplanned vacation!!! Steps away from beach, as you wake up. Open sunshade and there it is the Ocean. The sound of the waves is so relaxing.

Great location

Perfect place to stay! Beach front with a beautiful view of the ocean. Smaller and quiet complex. It was cozy, clean and they provided plenty of towels and starter kitchen and bath supplies. It was about a 30 min walk along the beach to the Hangout and other shopping and dining areas.

Gulf Shores, AL Condo with a Great View

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and we were not disappointed! The condo is right on the beach and has spectacular views! Not a large condo, but perfect for us. Deana the property manager was so easy to deal with and made our whole experience so easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable with the perfect 'beach' decor. It had everything we needed. Awesome view from the balcony!! Watching the sun rise was awesome! Clean condo! This is on the 3rd floor so it’s a little difficult with little people but that was the only “bad” thing about our stay!

We had a wonderful visit. Such a cute condo with the perfect view of the Gulf just steps away from our door. No waiting for busy crowds and slow elevators. The condo was very clean and well kept. We can't wait to book again on our next trip to the beach.

Beach was beautiful, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The deck is amazing, it was so nice relaxing at night listening to the ocean. We saw dolphins two mornings from the deck. We had a small situation, but the owner took care of it. Thank you

Amazing Getaway!

This property was the perfect getaway vacation spot. Everything about the property mirrored the Vrbo listing. It was comfortable, clean and overall just enough. It's directly on the beach with beach access. Seeing and hearing the ocean was amazing and the ability to see the sunrise, words can not explain. Our host was amazing with her response time and gave through details to the do's and don'ts. We will definitely return again and again!

The view was worth the 31 steps up to the second floor unit. Having a private deck was also a plus. The beach was literally steps from the unit. Highly recommend this unit. Deana was quick to respond to any questions we had.
