Island Tower 1401 by Liquid Life

Welcome to Island Tower 1401, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium directly on the Gulf. Located on the 14th floor, this spacious condo offers breathtaking eastward views from the large balcony off the roomy living room, where you can soak in the beauty of the coastline and the sparkling Gulf waters.

Each of the three bedrooms features a luxurious king bed, with all bedrooms offering private bathrooms for added comfort and convenience. The primary bath includes both a separate shower and soaking tub, while the guest bath has a tub/shower combination.

The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for up to 8 guests in total. After a day on the beach, gather in the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining your loved ones.

Please note that the spa tub jets in the primary bath are no longer working, and the tub is now available for relaxing soaks.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Wonderful property, very beautiful view and tons of amenities, didn’t have to make last minute trips to buy a pizza cutter or pans because they were provided. Only thing is to be careful going up the driveway, as it’s very steep. Also super close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

Beautiful little cabin, above a small stream.

This place was just perfect for the two of us. Very comfy & cozy, with a great, comfortable king size bed. Many options to hang out and chat/play cards/listen to the steam, etc. Very, very clean. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing Getaway

My friend and I stayed here two nights and enjoyed the location of the cabin as it was close to restaurants and activities, but far enough to feel like you're secluded. Listening to the creek on the deck was so relaxing. The driveway to the cabin is a bit steep so I'd definitely recommend an SUV or truck. Overall a great getaway for two.

This cabin was very nice it had a great view of the creek below. All though there were other cabins around you were above them and very private. The driveway and parking area were a little small but fine for one car. We were very happy with the property.

This was a wonderful place for 2-3 people. The drive way is steep but very manageable. The cabin is very secluded from everyone else. There is a slight bit of road noise. The owner was very accommodating . When I had concern they fixed it quickly! Their response time is very timely. We will be staying again!

Smoky mountain paradise

We enjoyed our stay here at Cove Creek Overlook so much! The cabin and property was beautiful and immaculate. We had everything we needed inside the cabin for cooking, etc. We spent our days hiking in the Smoky Mountains and our evenings winding down in the hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jim was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We are already planning a return trip to the Smokies next year and plan to try and stay here again!

Great place to stay

I personally loved the trek up the driveway and the location of the cabin. Hottub was malfunctioning and would not stay warm but that was not an issue as these things happen. The cabin was perfect and evenything we could have asked for. the bed was comfortable and everything else worked as it should. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who likes being away from other people when they're vacationing

Wonderful weekend getaway

I brought my girlfriend to the mountains and stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin was spotless when we got inside, so props to the cleaning folks, I left them a little tip for how nice it all was. The cabin was exactly as pictured and all the christmas decorations were a lovely little touch. Resting in the hot tub while listening to the rain coming down on the metal roof while the creek flowed down the hillside from us was magical. If I could live there forever I'd be in heaven!

Getaway Trip

Cabin was great. Super clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The driveway is steep but manageable with some pratice. The view from the bedroom deck was amazing. It was close enough to Pigeon Forge but still tucked away to be very peaceful and quiet. We had a great and relaxing time. We had no trouble getting in contact with someone with any questions or issues we had. We would definitely stay at this cabi again.

Cabin was awesome! Beautiful setting, with creek running below. Yes, the driveway was steep, but nothing that was unusual. Loved it all and would stay again. They went beyond to help us during the mandatory evacuation because of the wildfire evacuation. Nothing but good things too say. Definitely, recommend this cabin and working with this rental agent!!
