Island Tower 1701 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with amazing gulf-front views from the east corner of the 17th floor. Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59 in the heart of Gulf Shores.

• Access to the gulf-front balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is in the living room and luxury vinyl plank flooring is in the bedrooms

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• There is a Keurig in the 2nd master suite

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has a king-sized bunk bed. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed.

• No boats, jet skis, trailers or recreational vehicles allowed on the property.

**Smoking is prohibited at the pools, fitness center, BBQ area, lobby, elevators, stairwells, and common area walkways. The cigarette cans are not intended to promote smoking, but to provide a designated place to discard the remains accordingly.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

What can’t I say, my family and I loved this condo from the moment we walked in. The view oh the view so beautiful and amazing , we were there on the 4th and the fireworks were the best we’ve ever. There was ample space and had everything we needed something for everyone to do and so many places to eat and have fun at. We will definitely be back, first time ever in Gulf Shores and we were very happy. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space.

Great location and condo

Perfect location to be close to eating and entertainment. Nice that has both indoor and outdoor pools. Downfall is only two elevators and spent a lot of time waiting. Also no early check in option because automated keypads makes it hard when traveling from a ways.

This unit was wonderful. Great amenities, great location. Only complaints are parking is not suitable for larger vehicles, and the elevators don’t work a lot of the time. Not convenient if you’re on the 17th floor.. but otherwise a great condo.

Gulf Shores 2020

Have been a frequent vacationer in Gulf Shores for 20 + years. We were happy to see more things were open than we expected post the COVID nightmare. Very clean and spectacular view. Loved everything except the elevator waits and malfunctioning at different times. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful Stay!

Let's just start with the view...it was spectacular! The photos don't do it justice. Check-in process was easy, and the unit was very clean and inviting upon our arrival. Love the spacious kitchen/bar area, and the fact that every bedroom had balcony access. Plenty of room for six adults. We had a minor issue with the ice maker/dispenser, which maintenance was unable to correct, but in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't a big deal. Pool and beach area were great as well. Guarantee the next time we come back to Gulf Shores, we'll check this unit first to see if it's available.

Awesome for family with teens/older kids

We vacationed with our teenagers and allowed them to bring a friend. The king over king bunk room was a hit! The two spare bedrooms share a balcony facing east and the master shares a balcony off the living room and faces the ocean. The condo was spacious, great location, amazing views. The kitchen has all of the basics. Plenty of linens/towels. The gym has two treadmills, one wasn’t working when we were there. There are three elliptical trainers and two bikes. Great view from the gym in the mornings. We didn’t use the pool but it was busy every time we walked by. Great stretch of the beach, walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

Perfect Stay

This condo was in a perfect location and was great for a stay with 7 adults! The views were beautiful and having plenty of comfortable seating on the balcony was an added bonus. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the 5 day stay and was within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas from Suncoast Beach services and they had everything set up and ready to go for us by 8:30 and we didn't have to do any hauling of chairs or umbrellas. The communication from iTrip Vacations was continuous (even including text messages with flag alerts each day), check-in and check-out was seamless and easy, and was overall a great stay. Would definitely rent here again!

A vacation we needed

The family needed a weekend away and this was the perfect spot. Views were amazing. Accommodations were terrific and the weather fully cooperated. No problems. Door code did expire 30 minutes early. We took a load to car at 9:30 and when we returned the code wouldn't open the door, but, luckily, one family member was still in the room or we would have had a problem.

Beautiful Unit - Highly Satisfied

Great location and beautiful property. Right on the beach and in a perfect spot to walk to all the shops and nearby restaurants. Perfect spot for a family getaway for relaxation and some sun. Definitely would book here again.

Honeymoon

My spouse and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and the unit is absolutely spectacular and the view is amazing! Very comfortable beds and very roomy! Its location is perfect for a short walk to “The Hangout” for drinks, great food, and live music. Also can’t forget it is also a short walk to the souvenir stores! This place is perfect for a family getaway!

Beautiful Views

The condo is exactly as described. Loved the panoramic view of the gulf! Great access to the beach and the outdoor pool was nice. If I had a complaint....it would be that the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable! It may work for a small child but not for an adult.

Best family vacation ever

The accommodations fit us perfectly allowing us too come and go for activities and creating meals together. Everything we did was within 40 minutes of the condo and the beach was accessible directly from the building. They we'er rebuilding the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool was very satisfying. the ladies in the office were extremely helpful even accommodating for a package we sent. We look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was exactly as it was pictured. The kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was the parking. We drove large vehicles and the lower level parking was tight and many times was occupied with smaller cars and trucks. Would stay again and would recommend to others.
