Lighthouse 1215 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with Gulf-front views from the 12th floor. Lighthouse is located less than a mile east of The Hangout in Gulf Shores. Convenient to all area attractions!

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining area has seating for six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Guest is required to purchase a parking pass at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (cash is not accepted).

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

A week in Gulf Shores

This was an amazing week. The weather was perfect, not too hot, no too humid, but the property at The Lighthouse exceeded our expectations. The rooms were large, the location perfect, nice big balcony overlooking the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location, better room and more successful vacation.

overall great stay. condo was clean. the community pool was not. wife wouldn't get in it. fyi if you have kids. lot of kids were swimming in it, but just not as clean as your home pool.

Perfect!

This spacious condo was perfect for a family of 5 and 2 grandparents. We loved being close to the beach and pool, and never felt like we were all on top of each other because it was so large. We were well prepared with a list of necessary items to bring, the kitchen tools were well stocked and the decor was cute. Everything worked really well, and we were close to the elevator and trash chute for convenience! It was quiet with no party or outside noise. Parking was convenient and easy. The only complaint is the master bedroom headboard is really squeaky, so any tossing and turning at night woke us both up!

Less is more!

It was well decorated. Simple , but very tasteful. Loved the white washable bed spreads!. NO COOTIES! 🤣 The only thing it need was a dust pan and coasters! People don"t need to sit drinks on your furniture! I also can not imagine what they are doing to you table finish! It isn't mine , but annoys me people not respecting. No more rattling! I loved it!

I have this 3 stars because the beds are awful, every time you move, roll over, lay your child in the bed...IT CREEKS!! The mattresses are TERRIBLE!! Everyone woke up with such lower back pain! Funny I check out and drive to home, stay at a holiday Inn Express and my back feels great!The condo itself was nice, all appliances worked as they should. The air in the master bedroom does not work, so be prepared for the everyone else in the condo complaining they are freezing, while it was a balmy 79-80 in that room. Tvs in bedrooms are small, like computer lcd size. It has great views of the gulf and shipt delivers in the area. Id stay at the lighthouse again, but not #1215

Overall Good

The condo overall was nice, clean, good location, easy to access etc. There were some loose tiles, yet not really an issue, i had to fix a small leak in one of the bathrooms, the toilet in another was loose, the interest was HORRIBLE, it went out many times during our stay, and as it was a working vacation, i was disappointment in that. The biggest issue for us, we had two young children, and there was NO way to lock the front door from the interior, this is a major safety issue and should be rectified immediately, especially as the room with the kids bunk beds was next to the front door Yet, the building was good, well laid out, lots of elevators, two nice pools ( pool furniture was filthy). Given the minor issues, I would however recommend this place, and would come back again. Overall, i give it an 8 out of 10

Supplies & parking fee

The condo was beautiful overall. But the few supplies provided were cheap (TP & Paper towels). You got one each, which is fine, but at least make it better quality than a gas station provides. 1 tablet for the dishwasher and 1 bag for garbage - first time I've ever had to buy these supplies. Most owners want to ensure cleanliness. Family of 4 for a week. Master TV did not work and Master lights would not click off (pull string on ceiling fan). So we had to unscrew bulbs so the fan would stay on. Biggest surprise was a $25 parking permit. Most condos have free parking for their residents - complete joke. So while the place was very nice, I would not stay here again.

I’d book it again!

This property was A on cleanliness. The floorspace was more than expected. We arrived pretty late in the evening and my daughter-n-law did the check in process and bought our parking passes. She said it was an easy process. It was very affordable too! We didn’t use any of the perks as far as the excursion type things go because we were busy with a baseball tournament. The condo is very nice! Very roomy and was extremely clean. It almost appeared to have been recently renovated. The balcony was large, it had an excellent view. We even watched a wedding that took place on the beach from the balcony. Access is easy with a 6 or 7 digit code.The only suggestions we have to improve our stay would have been a few more dish towels and a Keurig coffee maker. There were a few loose floor tiles but nothing concerning. Should you decide to opt in on an extended stay at the discounted price, call to do so before 5 o’clock because we didn’t hear back until it was too late the next morning.
