Lighthouse 208 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor. Lighthouse is located less than a mile east of The Hangout in Gulf Shores. Convenient to all area attractions!

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

•The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The primary bathroom features a double vanity and a jetted tub.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The bunk room has a twin-sized bunk bed. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Guest is required to purchase a parking pass at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (cash is not accepted).

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Gulf shores family vacation

We loved this trip and this condo! Spectacular view and we loved being right above the pool. Everything was clean and the hosts were very responsive when we called about a minor issue. Loved this beach and the surrounding area. Our group consisted of ages 6-72 and there was something for everyone to do. We all had condos in the lighthouse. Many restaurants and fun places to walk to! So close to Gulf state park as well so we were able to do bike riding and hiking. Loved this trip! Would stay here again!

Lighthouse - June 2019

We love staying at the Lighthouse. The condo was roomy and comfortable. Overall the unit was well maintained and clean. We found a few pieces of garbage that the cleaning staff missed, but nothing too concerning (candy bar wrapper in corner of living room, empty cheese snack bag in twin bedroom...). Had a nice stay. Would rent this unit again.

Lighthouse condo Gulf Shores

We have stayed @ the Lighthouse Condos for many years. The location is perfect: the grounds are well maintained: the staff are also nice & knowledgable. The only issue I have is, there was ONLY 1 automatic dishwashing pod & it was NO good. I would suggest leaving, at least 2 or more, for the dishwasher.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the condo and all the space. The parking isn’t the greatest especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Very small parking spots. We were under the impression that we were allowed two parking spots free only to find out that wasn’t the case at all and had to pay for our parking. Other than that, it’s a really great place. We had a great time!

Nice condo

Fairly clean. There was toothpaste in master bath sink on arrival. Mildew(?) between tub and shower. In comparison to previous VRBO stays, the kitchen could be a little better equipped. There were no extra trash bags that we could find. I have to agree with previous guests that beds are not comfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and the location was convenient for us.

thank you so much for allowing us to stay once again. The storms were amazing! The security staff is fantastic as well as the very nice cleaning staff and concierge. Always love this room each time. Only issue was some foolish ball team on the 14th floor who threw down a ceramic coffee cup into the pool which shattered (thank goodness didn't hit anyone) and then spit from up there on kids and family. Thank goodness they left after 3 days. This room is beautiful! Wish we never had to leave and hope to come back as soon as we win powerball :-)

Just ok

Not a terrible experience, and worth about what we spent. Condo needs some updating, beds weren’t comfortable, and kitchen had BARE minimum utensils. The coffee pot didn’t work but was quickly replaced. The garbage disposal caused the whole place to smell terrible. It was somewhat fixed about a day and a half into our 3 day stay but the sewage smell still lingered. The condo amenities were just ok. This was our first experience staying in a condo and visiting Gulf Shores and it will likely be our last- we’ll spring for a house on a nicer beach next vacay.

Family Spring Break Trip

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location and amenities were amazing. Our family enjoyed the pools, hot tub, beach access and the fitness area. We were able to park right outside of the door to our condo which was super convenient. There were three beach chair available for us to use which was an amazing bonus!! The condo itself was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this location!

Zero disappointments

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and I think we really lucked out finding this place to stay. The Lighthouse is a large condo complex, but the location within the complex of this particular unit was perfect. It is right next to the office, great covered parking practically next door to our condo. Easy, close, quick access to the pool and beach. As for the location of the complex along the "strip", we loved it. It was easy to get in and out of the parking garage and we were close to a lot of good restaurants and activities in the area. We loved the large balcony. There was an earlier comment re the noise from pool activity and I could see how that could get loud at busy times, but it was relatively quiet when we were there and we had no issues with noise. If/when we return to the area, this will be our first choice. I will not look anywhere else unless this unit is unavailable.
