Beautiful and well stocked 1276 sq. ft. Beach Front Condo with a huge balcony overlooking the breathtaking Gulf and another balcony with amazing views of Gulf Shores and the Lagoon.

2 Master Suites - each with King beds, full private baths and wonderful balcony views! The 3rd bedroom is a kids dream come true with 2-triple bunk beds that sleeps 6 and an attached full bath. Also has a very comfortable Memory Foam Queen-sized Sleeper Sofa.

Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Secure onsite parking - pass required.

Our family loves Island Royale because of its beautiful location right on the Gulf, Heated indoor/outdoor swim-through pool and the fact that it has 2 large hot tubs, (one indoor and one outdoor). The splash pad for the little ones is a treat too. Other amenities include a Sauna, Steam Room, Workout Room, and Library all on the 3rd floor.

Great Condo

Well equipped condo with spectacular views and convenient access

The property was exactly as pictured and described. We loved this condo complex as it had a relatively small number of units keeping crowds lower than other places. This unit itself had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, cook meals, and enjoy our family time down on the coast.

Almost everything about this location was perfect! It was clean, homelike and offered just about everything to make us comfortable. Communication was flawless and helped prepare us for the stay. We had a great time. Only issue was we really missed the table featured in the pictures.

The condo and location was perfect. Balcony was a huge plus - perfect for just sitting and embracing the beauty of the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful stay.

Better than expected!

We often travel with our extended family and this place was absolutely perfect for all of us! The location was amazing. The condo was as completely stocked with everything that we needed and more. Tons of dishes, tons of cookware, tons of beach toys and chairs, basically everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location & condo

Our family had plenty of space to relax, eat and enjoy. The view was spectacular. The condo was set up well with everything we needed for cooking and laundry plus recreation including beachfront access, pool, hot tub, etc. We loved the tasteful decor and feel of the place. Our host was very responsive and even helped us locate a fishing charter. Our family agrees we hope to stay here again.

Clean and great views

Condo was very nice, clean, great views of the ocean. You can see the stingrays and dolphins in the mornings. Condo had a nice few touches with child safe toilet seats, highchair even some baby toys and a closet full of beach toys etc. The condo is very close to ever. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Vacation

My Sister & I took our Autistic Cousin (a/k/a Rain Man) to Gulf Shores to celebrate his 53rd birthday and this condo was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom plus the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for us to prepare breakfast plus a few light dinners. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Condo with Amazing View

This condo was clean and had amazing views of the ocean. We enjoyed the large table and chairs on the balcony for meals and relaxing. Our party included 5 adults and 4 children, the condo was roomy and we didn’t feel crowded. We also enjoyed the balcony closet that had a variety of sand toys, chairs etc., nice to not have to bring our own.

4th July Vacation

This place is amazing, we, 4 adults over age of 50 and 2 20 year olds, stayed the week of 4th July. The kitchen had everything need from pots and pans to kitchen gadgets. We watched fireworks from balcony. We had great sun in morning and shade in afternoon. Could rent beach chairs from ikes if wanted but condo had 8 beach chairs and boogie boards, floats and toys for you. All rooms had own tvs, that worked.. each seperate bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Security on site was great, Joe was helpful with ice cream choices. Pool and spa was clean. Joan was easy to connect with if anything came up. Loved this place and will be back!! 5 super stars..

Great place!

We were not initially impressed by the outside of the building. Nothing bad but nothing really great either. After entering though we were very happy! Very nice place. Everything we needed and nothing we didn’t! I loved that we were on the end unit. The balcony was bigger because of that. Joan was easy to contact as well!

Beautiful condo and close walk to beach

This was our first time using VRBO and our experience was excellent! The condo was very clean and updated. The owner Joan was very helpful and easy to contact. Check in was super easy, no having to keep up with door cards and keys, just a code! Two elevators. Tenth floor view was beautiful with large porch located on end of building! Mini grocery store/gift shop/pizza/Ice cream just across the street in walking distance. We had a group of 3 teens, 3 kids, 3 senior adults and 2 adults and had plenty of room in the condo and walking distance to room, beach, parking lot, elevator, pools was very convenient. The kids absolutely loved the triple bunks and they were very sturdy, not cheap made. Each bunk had its own personal fan and light and even had a Smart TV in the room. There were toys and games in the living room and a toy closet on the balcony with boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and sand toys for us to enjoy. We didn’t have babies with us but I noticed there was a pack and play, table high chair and lil swimmer life jacket provided as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with every new appliance you can think of, plenty of pots, pans and glass and plastic cups and plates. Large new washer and dryer. The only small issues we had was there was ice in the refrigerator ice maker the first day we were there but after it ran out we never could figure out how to get it to make more...so we just bought a bag of ice. And the pool area was a little messed up I’m assuming because of the recent hurricane. The pool water was clean and the pool was on the small side but never over crowded, the kids still enjoyed it, and it was mostly in the shade, which was great for us! There were 2 hot tubs and they were hot but the jets weren’t working too well, the pool fence had hurricane damage, so one side had a new wood fence, one side was covered in black tarp, the beach side had plywood nailed together and the wall between the indoor and outdoor pool was torn down...which made the pool area look a little rough, because of the hurricane, but it looked like they were in the process of fixing this. We stayed there the first week of June 2021...so maybe it won’t be too long before they are able to get the pool area back in shape. Overall our experience was excellent and would totally recommend!!
