Grand Beach is a highly sought after, well taken care of condominium complex located right across the street from the beach in Gulf Shores! There are no buildings directly in front of the condo so the view is unobstructed.

Enjoy a glass of wine on our private balcony that overlooks the ocean. The property has a pool and hot tub. The Gulf State Park pier is within walking distance.

3 bedroom / 2 bathrooms. Main bedroom has a king bed with a sliding glass door to go onto the balcony - with a Beautiful Beach View. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Both bathrooms have Tub/Shower combos and are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, and starter pack of shampoo/conditioner/soap/toilet paper.

Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make home cooked meals. Some small appliances include toaster, blender, regular drip coffee maker and more. Starter pack of coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags and paper towels are provided.

This is a 3rd floor unit with 2 Elevators on the property.

We also have a full/queen sofa bed. A washer/dryer combo with starter pack of laundry pods and iron w/ironing board located inside the unit to handle all of your laundering needs. You are allowed 2 unassigned parking spots. 1 pass is free with your stay. If you need a 2nd parking pass it will be a $50 fee, and I will need to know at least one week prior to your arrival.

Beach Essentials: Included with the home are beach chairs and beach towels.
