• Parking passes and amenity wristbands must be purchased/picked up on-site at the time of arrival. Parking passes cost $50 per pass with a maximum of 2 passes available per reservation. Wristbands are free of charge

• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos MUST sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

Great balcony, poor communication for issues

Overall, the place is nice and convenient. There was an issue with a leak a few floors up, and the condo people came and put in 2 industrial fans and a drain tube to the kitchen sink. They were loud and made it humid and it was in the way. I let the mgmt company know via text twice, and never heard back until after we returned home. All of the equipment was still there when we checked out.
