Great location and amenities, our older teens loved the loft bedroom! Read the listing CARFEULLY, there is a hefty parking fee assessed by the unit that is buried in the listing and nearly got our vehicles towed.

There was an ocean view which was lovely. The condo itself was pleasant and very accommodating. Our only complaint was the number of stairs to climb which was not mentioned in the listing. It would have been nice to know that climbing four flights of stairs would be required. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

we had a nice stay, The views from the bedrooms was nice but not a direct view. It was nice and close to the beach. The air conditioner broke right before we got there but they were very good about getting someone out to check it and Greg took care of things with us to our satisfaction. I will probably be coming back again.

Very nice condo, in a great location with access to the beach. Everything was clean and worked well! We would definitely rent again. The only concern we had, which was not the fault of the owner, was that the pool needed skimmed. There was a lot of debris, and other things floating on top. What appeared to be the maintenance person just walked around with his dog.

Amazing stay

Property was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for our whole group. Property owner was very quick to message back and was extremely nice and accommodating. He definitely went above and beyond what was required! Property is right over the pool with parking right under the unit. The beach is just a short walk across the parking lot that puts you directly on the beach. Quiet complex with families. We enjoyed our stay so much. We will definitely book again!

The only true issue was the parking pass process. You buy it after you get there and are told to get it from the office. No one was in the office for us to get our pass until later in the week and when I returned from the beach I had a notice on the car that it could possibly be towed. Made me feel kind of like a trespasser after I had paid well for my stay. The person in the office that gave me my pass was very friendly and helpful though once we were able to meet.Everything else was great and contributed to a wonderful stay at the beach.
