- Profanity: The use of profanity is not allowed on the beach or in public
- Alcohol: No alcohol is allowed on the beach or at the pool at any time. This rule will be enforced by security during spring break
- Speeding: Observe posted signs. All state laws and DHOA covenants are to be observed as well
- Fines: For each instance of violation, the following fines will be levied - $75

Great balcony view, wonderful breezes, comfortable environs. A little far to walk to the beach, especially carrying chairs etc.

This was not worth the money we paid. It was alot smaller than it looked in pictures, bed had sand in the sheets, ladder was broken under bunk beds so no way to get on top bunk, bunk bed TV had no outlet near it to plug up, dishwasher was barely connected to counter, and it was just not cleaned well. Laundry closet door was broken with a paper taped to it saying keep closed. Pool closes at 8 despite posted time of 9. And the walk is actually a lot further than mentioned. With kids and beach supplies, it was easier to drive. Kids did enjoy pool during the day and beach wasn't super crowded. I will say buy your groceries before you drive down the peninsula. Over all, we were very disappointed.

Not as advertised

The check in process was horrible, our check in time was supposed to be 3pm and upon arrival the cleaning service had just arrived so we couldn’t check in till 4:30. They don’t mention in the ad that you have to purchase a $40 parking pass per vehicle or it’s a $500 fine, upon speaking with the property attendant he said the home owner is to leave one pass in the room and you have to purchase any additional. Our room had none and the property owner would not return our calls or text all weekend. The dishes were filthy, the building has hurricane damage that’s a year old, the view from the balcony is between 15-19 large oil rigs (none of this which is shown in advertisements) Also online it says the location is Gulf Shores, when it is actually Ft Morgan roughly 15 minutes from Gulf Shores in the middle of nowhere. Everything about this listing is false. Please save your money! Also there was a confusion in dates we were to stay in which ended up costing me a hotel fee last minute on a holiday weekend I wasn’t expecting to pay and then one extra night that I wasn’t able to stay at the property due to having to get back to work. In which the homeowner initially agreed to refund me the night I wasn’t able to stay and VRBO also verified I would be getting refunded for the unused night. Then Evolve says they will only be refunding me the cleaning fee and taxes. So now I I am out of an extra $700 on top of all the issues with the property. I will not be using VRBO or Evolve in the future. If you’re considering using them or staying at this property I suggest you think twice.

Long weekend

Nice property with beautiful views. Decor is dated, but it works. Bunks for kids would be fun. Refrigerator door is completely rusted and honestly brings down my entire impression of this property. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean views.

Good stay

Beach was beautiful from balcony, great view of bay as you come out the front door. Bed was comfortable, water pressure for shower was great. Short walk to the beach.

Perfect Getaway

My family was here from Chicago and had a house rented down the road and we needed a place to stay close by. Condo was nice and close so it worked out perfect!

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful views, clean and comfortable, only issue was we didn't get the code for the parking lot till the next morning, security had to let us in, short walk to the beach which was amazing, saw dolphins and a turtle, went crab hunting at night which was fun, would recommend for a family trip

Fort Morgan Vacation

The location is pretty secluded. It is nice if that’s what you are looking for. The condo was a little overpriced for its condition. The pool and spa are closed and locked at 8pm even though the spa hours say 10pm. Toiletries and cleaning items are limited plan to bring or buy extra.

Great location, beautiful home.

Was pleased with the home itself but it could have been cleaned and stocked better. The surface was clean but the roaches and dirt behind the furniture was pretty bad. Cubbards were full leaving no room for our food for the week to be except on the counter and there was knick knacks all around the counters so we had to move all the decor for a place to sit our food. Never could get the TV to work in the Living Room because there was 6 remotes and no instructions. Door entry key was HORRIBLE to open. Needs replaces. You had to turn the ket just right to get it to unlock. Property management company was great to work with. Very impressed at them but I'm sure they dont see for themselves what the property looks like and functions.

First time staying in Gulf Shores, and the location was just great.

The property was great. Would definitely consider booking again. The only thing that we could even find wrong was that there were some water bugs in the kitchen, ( we would just kill them when we saw them). Would not stop us from going back. But we all loved the place.

Not what we expected for the price.

The property really needs to be updated. Water stains on the walls, dirty rug in the master bath, drain clogged in master bath, almost impossible to open the front door, TV was a disaster to operated finally found another remote in the master bedroom and with that and another remote were able to turn on but needed both to operate. Would not go back or recommend.

Needs a good cleaning.

Scheduled a 3 day stay here. Check-in was easy. The pool and facilities were clean and well maintained. Front door lock was very difficult to open and my children (14 &15) could barely open the door due to the strength of the auto closure. The bathrooms were clean other than some water stains on the walls and fresh linens were provided in the bedrooms. The kitchen was not very clean including the countertops, inside the cabinets, and inside the refrigerator. One of the burners was removed from the stove which I reinstalled. Dishes and kitchen supplies were mostly dingy. The laundry door was broken which I got back into service as best I could. The bedroom tv and DirecTV worked fine along with the WiFi and internet. Could not figure out the hall tv at all. Never turned on the living room TV as there were 8 remote controls in the cabinet and none worked. Bring your beach supplies as none are provided. To my chagrin, I killed a roach on the kitchen countertop on the morning of checkout.

Decent place with approximately 1/4 mile to the beach

The pictures were awesome! The outside was well manicured & looked great from a distance. The indoor/outdoor pool was smaller than we expected & the plastic flaps that you swim under were covered in mildew! The elevator had no ventilation and was extremely hot! The front doors all needed a fresh coat of paint. Our condo had a stiff lock but inside the condo was okay. The chairs had small stains, the washer was missing a button, and the condo had a strange odor. After buying some air freshener it was much better. The wifi never would allow us to use all the apps on our phones and the owner was unaware of how to fix it. He stated that the unit next door shared it however it was unoccupied. The bunk beds were not comfortable but the Master bedroom was wonderful. We have stayed on Fort Morgan plenty of times so we knew it was far from town (approximately 20 minutes). Everyone was really nice that worked at the condo and the beach was awesome. You could see the Bay from the front balcony and the Gulf from the back deck! The walk was nice to the beach.
