Phoenix Gulf Shores 2102 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 21st floor.

The brand new pickleball court is now open!

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet bar. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has two queen-size beds

• The third bedroom has two queen-size beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Parking passes are $55 each and are limited to 2. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will then purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after they have been registered.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

We had an amazing stay at the Phoenix! The 3 bedroom condo was very spacious for 3 families meeting up in Gulf Shores for vacation. The location was perfect being right on the beach with an amazing balcony view. We didn’t want to leave!

Great experience. I will go back. Great access to the beach. . The pillows are too hard and hurts your neck. King size mattress sinks to the middle. Tile around indoor pool is slippery. Our kids fell several times walking around the pool. This will be a law suit. Heads up.

Really enjoyed the stay. Accommodations were superb. Unit was amazing, the descriptuon and pictures do not do it justice. My family and I truly enjoyed the stay and the unit. Really felt at home while we were there. If given the opportunity we will most definitely visit this property again.

We had a great stay here! We never had to reach out regarding any problems, and everyone loved the roomy condo. We loved watching the sea animals from the balcony every morning! Owners are very nice and they even called after our arrival to check in on us.

This was the perfect location and set up for our family. Our college aged children brought their friends, and we all had a wonderful time. The kids could walk to all the fun places. Bed arrangement was wonderful. Everyone had a bed to themselves with private baths. Balcony was very large for early morning coffee and late night cocktails. Highly recommend!

This condo was great! The view alone is priceless! So clean and felt like home away from home! We also took advantage of some of the free passes of activities, note it’s only 1 free ticket a day, but still great. The only feedback I would have is to improve the internet connection and make it password protected. Families with baby cameras won’t be able to connect to the WiFi without it having a password, so we had to turn our cell phones into hotspots.

Upon arrival we noticed there was no longer an ice machine in room. Ice dispenser on refrigerator also not functioning properly, bed in bedroom on right farther from entrance is squeaking, hair in the bath tub in that bedroom. Last day noticed the dishwasher leaked in the floor. Light in laundry area went out while there. Could use a better light in that area anyway, not bright enough when on. Besides these things, we had a wonderful stay. Also seating on balcony needs to be added. Thanks!

We were a group of 9 that ranged in age from 6 to 50. The condo was clean, spacious and pretty well equipped for guests. The only disappointments we had were the jets of the jetted tub in the master bathroom didn't work and there was never an advance notice that the resort 's hot tubs were unavailable due to Covid protection measures. Everyone was able to swim in the indoor pool, but the hot tubs were off-limits. The listing said a DVD player was available but all we found was a PS4 with a dead controller. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the condo and would stay again.
