This condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. The second bedroom features a king bed, while the third bedroom offers two queen beds. There are two more bathrooms in the condo both featuring a tub shower combo. The living room also includes a queen sofa sleeper, providing additional sleeping accommodations.

PARKING
Parking is at a premium at San Carlos, and a 2-car limit is strictly enforced. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd floor. No boats, RVs, or trailers are permitted.

This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years.

Monthly rental rates are available November through March 1.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government-issued ID present.
