Great location, use this one when peak season is over.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs some attention but was clean with a great location. The wall on the porch has a large crack between the wall and floor. Water was running in while rain was blowing in. Trim at door and inside needs paint. Well stocked with cooking utensils. We enjoyed the stay. See you again soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seacrest is a wonderful set of condos !! Amazing beachfront views - great beach access - we stay here also because there is less traffic and less people compared to the areas with the large high rise condos. Great access to stores and restaurants. However our condo compared to the usual ones we stay in left much to be desired. It is in need of lots of love and upgrades!! It needs painting , rusty appliances, trim Falling off or missing , the couch was horrible and the pullout portion was so bad !! The kitchen was probably the saddest one we have had / the small appliances were from the 70’s and the selection of dinnerware looks like mix and match from Goodwill. The other condos in this property offer so much more . None of the light switches turned on the lamps which is minimal but frustrating . These condos are wonderful just maybe the owner needs to stay here and see what the renters see.we will return to wonderful Seacrest but it won’t be this unit !!! 907 is our go to bit unfortunately it was booked .
