Solitude and Comfort

Wonderful property that the pictures don't do justice. Quiet and secluded property 500 yards from the beach. Great pool and very comfortable accommodations. Kitchen fully stocked, commercial hot water heater, Weber gas grill, frankly more amenities than most beach rentals. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings that is just not common for beach homes

Another great week

This is the 6th or 7th time we have rented Sea Oaks for a fall vacation. Great location only a couple of blocks from the beach (recommend renting a golf cart for beach gear transport) with pool and great screen porch for non-beach days. Owner has always communicated promptly to any questions and we have always found the house to be clean and ready upon arrival. Pet friendly is a plus as our dogs also love the annual trip. So glad to return this year after the hurricane damage in 2020. Looking forward to 2022!

Fun week

Nice house with lots of space, 2 families of 5 very comfortable. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. The house could have been cleaner. There was a good amount of black dog hair throughout the house. The gas grill did not work, we replaced the empty propane tank and did speak to the owner about it not lighting. The downstairs directv box did not work which was an inconvenience for kids. Overall good place.

Perfect for a week away!

We were drawn to this rental because of the design and it was even better in person. All of the furnishings and fixtures were wonderful. Loved the porch, but it was so warm we didn't use it as much as we would earlier or later in the year. Would love to come back in the Spring to experience it in cooler weather. The air wasn't working as well as I think it could, but the ceiling fans were a great help and it wasn't enough of an issue to warrant a call to the property manager. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and met all our needs! The real suggestion I would have is to maybe provide an umbrella or sun shade around the pool area. The photo shows umbrellas, but the pool had been updated and renovated. Loved the wood fencing and the furniture, just wanted a bit of shade. Would definitely recommend it and next time, we may bring our dog!

Fabulous Beach Getaway!!!

What a fabulous beach house!!! Sea Oaks is well equipped and very comfortable for our family of six. The contemporary California style is a cool change from the typical beach home. It’s just two blocks to the beautiful white sand beach that was never crowded. The salt water pool is a dream! It’s large and so refreshing after a day at the beach. The many lounge chairs, dining table and gas grill make the pool area a complete entertainment area too. The screened porch was a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. My husband and four kids fished in the surf most mornings and had a ball doing it. Our 6 year old son even caught a crab in a net! (It was a little tricky releasing it though!) We love the Ft. Morgan area for the distance from the commercialism of Gulf Shores. It’s so quiet and sparsely populated. Sea Oaks is a true getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s a great place to decompress and reconnect as a family. We don’t mind the drive to have dinner out either. We love LuLu’s, Cosmo’s, The Original Oyster House and The Shrimp Basket. Well worth the drive! We took a day trip to Mobile to visit Battleship Park. What a highlight for the kids! They were in awe of the battleship, the USS Alabama and the submarine, the USS Drum. Another fun family outing was a private dolphin tour. It is something we will always remember! We’ve been vacationing in Fort Morgan for the last four years and Sea Oaks is our favorite beach home. We usually stay one week and have never rented the same place twice. This year we stayed the first two weeks of August and we would absolutely stay at Sea Oaks again. Donna, the property manager, is so helpful, friendly and quick to answer questions. The housekeeping staff was great and cleaned the house between our first and second week. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Okay stay with room for improvement

The property and house do offer seclusion with beach access only two blocks away. The heated pool is a definite bonus but the per day cost to heat the pool is overpriced and not worth it. The house is roomy and open and the screened back porch is great. I realize our stay was during off-season but the house is in need

Relaxation at its Finest

We were able to arrive three hours earlier! As soon as we got there my kiddos jumped straight into pool! They loved it!! It was fun for the whole family! The screened in back porch was so wonderful, we set there for hours. The beach was only two blocks away and there was a wagon we could put all of our beach supplies in! We loved how secluded it was. If you want a place away from all the noise this is the place! Anything we needed or any questions we had our host was on top of it! Our favorite part was just being able to relax and that our kiddos had a large pool to swim in. We will be back!!!

Lovely Relaxing Stay

The home is modern cozy with an open and “touch of rustic feel.”. We were comfortable from the start. The kitchen was well stocked and beds comfie. It was my husband and our 19 year old boys. We had plenty of room and absolutely loved the pool as well as the quick walk to the beach. The communication with our host was excellent and welcoming. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect secluded spot for a family getaway

We really enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores. The house is far from the hustle and bustle making it easy to rest, recharge, and connect as a family. We absolutely loved the pool and how secluded it felt. The beach was an easy walk; it too felt peaceful and quiet. The cherry on top was Daniel, he made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us regularly, and was lightning fast to help!

Long overdue vacation

We booked this trip months in advance and couldn’t wait to arrive. House was great, spacious for a family of 4. The pool was a hit and it felt like an oasis. The short walk to the beach was something I looked forward to everyday. The beach was quiet and felt private. Neighbors were residents and super friendly. Sassy Pizza was delicious and the Sassy Market and Dollar General were close by for groceries and supplies. Can’t wait to come back to the Fort Morgan area again.

Peace and Quiet

We enjoyed our honeymoon here so much! Communication with Michael and Daniel was super easy. Check in couldn't have been easier. Each bedroom has an in suite full bathroom. Lighting in the bathrooms is dim, so bring your lighted makeup mirror if you want to get dolled up. The house was stocked with plenty of TP, papertowels, garbage bags, and dish soap for our stay. Each bath was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The private pool/lounge area is nice and has very comfortable oversized furniture tha I fell in love with. The large lot gave us plenty of space to walk the dogs and plenty of privacy. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. You can park golf carts only at the beach access, no other vehicles, so if you own one, bring it with you! I'd love to see a big comfy couch in the spacious living room if we're able to come back. Some good thick cushions on the balcony bench would be nice too. This place was pretty perfect. Michael and Daniel were accommodating and such a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely Pool

We stayed with our adult sons and we all enjoyed the comfortable house with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was neat and clean, we especially enjoyed the screened in deck. The pool and pool area were beautiful and we spent a lot of time lounging by the pool. The private beach was gorgeous and a short walk away. The beach was not crowded at all and we were fortunate to have great weather for our stay. Daniel was especially helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had.

Best vacation in a while!

This property was exactly how it was described…and quite honestly even better. They’ve thought of everything. We had our toddler with us, and they even had a built in gate for the stairwell, a pack and play, pool and beach toys, wagons, I mean you think of it…they had it. The pool is just amazing. We had the best time and will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing trip!

A Place to Rest, Relax, & Recover.

As my wife and I are very busy people in our respective jobs, we needed separation to clear the he noise. This nugget of a find was exactly what we needed. The seclusion was there with the size of the property. The heated pool gives you the option to stay on site and still relax in the water. The ocean is just a small walk and the view on the beach is the best we've seen in 3 visits to the area. Daniel is like a best friend, being there for you for anything. 5 star service.

Fantastic - loved the screened in porch on upper level.

The house was put together so beautifully! There are 3 bedrooms with there own bathroom. The kitchen is ready for you to cook, it has all the pots and pans, ect. Three different kinds of coffee pots, coffee drinkers are set, just bring your coffee you like. There were items you could take to the beach if you wanted or just go out to the pool! Thank goodness we asked for it to be heated. Our host made contact with me several times and assured us he was down the road if we needed anything. The walk to the beach wasn't bad or too far (2blocks). Thankful for the beautiful sunny days! This is an EXCELLENT place to stay with a wonderful host!! There are a LOT of light switches though!!

Baseball Week

Property was nice. The property manager was the best! Pool heater wasn’t working and he did the best he could to make sure all was well. The mattresses need to be updated, grill was in bad shape. There is some electrical issue that makes lights on the west side flicker. But a nice little place.

I really liked the area and how remote it felt. House was steps from the beach which allowed dogs. Huge bonus. Manager was was super helpful, neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

Wonderful house

The house was great ! Daniel was so helpful .. we loved the screened in back porch & the pool area was 5 star ! The house felt so secluded because there was nothing in back behind pool , it was so very quite & peaceful .. it was a very short walk to beach , & not a lot of people there , so peaceful ! I would definitely recommend this house , the only thing I would change is the king mattress, it was VERY hard , but that’s a personal preference! The house was great !
