Gulf Shores East, just steps from the beach. You are located walking distance to all the fun, food, shopping and the Alabama State fishing pier. This corner unit provides windows all around. Relax with a breathtaking view of the white sandy beach of the Gulf of America from your balcony. Being so close to the water you can see dolphins play as the sun comes up in the mornings. Just .8 mile east of Hwy. 59 this low density building (32 units) means less crowding on the beach and at the pool. No long waits for an elevator. This is a family vacation paradise!

It is a non-smoking (allowed on balcony), pet free unit. You will love the clean and tasteful decor when inside. The Master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam topper for extra comfort. In the hall are built in bunk beds. This unit has 3 flat screen TVs. Wireless internet is provided for our guests.

There is a fully stocked kitchen for those who love to cook. There are several grocery stores in the area making it convenient to buy groceries after you arrive. All linens including bath towels are provided.

Gulf Shores offers something for everyone very nearby. Enjoy area activities of golfing, water parks, shopping, miniature golf, bike riding, deep sea fishing, amusement parks and dining. Or you may just want to enjoy building sand castles in the white sugar sand. We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. Family vacation

This was my family’s second stay at this condo. Happy to report that everything was just as we remembered. Clean, cozy, and the proximity to the beach is incredible. Nothing like waking up, walking onto the balcony, and being greeted by that beautiful ocean view. Would stay again!

The condo has a beautiful view of the water from the 7th floor balcony. Cute and stocked kitchen. Nice living/dining area. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Perfect for the four of us!

Working Vacation

Short distance from the Airport, could walk out the pool area and be on the beach. Great place to come home to after work and relax with a drink while taking in the view of the Gulf from the 7th floor.

Spring Break 2024

Nice condo building right on the Gulf. Close to many attractions. Our condo was a perfect size with 2 spacious bedrooms and baths. Nice balcony overlooking the beach. Condo had everything we needed for meals and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Condo on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay here so much that we decided to extend it an extra night. The condo is exactly as pictured / listed. It has everything you could need in the kitchen, so we cooked most of our meals there. We enjoyed being directly on the beach with beautiful gulf front views. It really was the perfect place for our yearly family trip to Gulf Shores! I would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to coming back again!

Great Location

My husband died after six years of battling cancer. This was our first summer vacation in about seven years and the first one without him, so this was a bittersweet trip. The location was perfect. The listing was accurate and the owners were easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with our stay. Would love to book again in the future.

Great Condo for the Money!!

One adult (me), two 17 year-olds, two 13 year-olds, and an almost 10 year-old. The bunk beds sold me on the unit for sure! But they made me realize that my kids are getting bigger. It is a smaller unit, so the washer, dryer, and dishwasher are tiny. Laundry was fun with 5 kids haha. I thought the couch pulled out into a sleeper, but it did not. 13 year-old did not care and slept just fine on it! The balcony is accessible from the living room and is a good size with a fantastic view. The pool and pool area is perfect and not over-crowded. Also, very clean.Trinity was SUPER responsive and addressed any and all issues asap. Her communication was fantastic and quick. I would 100% rent this unit again, just with fewer teenagers in tow! ;-)

Balcony Bliss and Relaxing Stay

First off, the host/owner went above and beyond to guarantee us a stay at Orange Beach! Thank you!!! The condo was welcoming, clean and the views from the balcony were breathtaking (We saw dolphins both days). The sliding glass doors in the living area allowed us to enjoy the breeze and ocean sounds, while cooking, watching TV, & reading. We had everything we needed for our morning coffee and our taco and seafood dinners. The only downfall is that the resort does not have a hot tub. I was fine with it because I'd rather be on the beach, but my bf was a little disappointed. However the description did not state it had one, so its not really a complaint, but rather a suggestion. lol. Also, the washer/dryer was a life saver! We will be back! sounds

Thanksgiving Week 2024

The condo was well appointed and very clean. We had no problem with communication emails and questions were answered quickly. We went for a soccer tournament and decided to go early and celebrate Thanksgiving at the beach. We were lucky and had wonderful weather! The view while fixing Thanksgiving dinner will never be beat!! The view from the balcony was pristine i wish we never had to leave. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything i needed and then some. My only complaint was a super small washer. And its not even a complaint really. I just wish i had known i would have brought different detergent. Everything was wonderful.and i hope we can return again! Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday away from home !
