The vacation rental sleeps up to six individuals and includes the following:

• 3 Bedrooms with high quality, elite plush mattresses, and ceiling fans

• All bedrooms include USB lamps for easy accessory charging access

• Each bedroom and living room contain smart TV’s with WIFI capabilities for your
entertainment with the most popular streaming services (cable service not
provided)

• 2 Full Baths - The master bathroom offers a separate shower and bathtub

• High chair & Pack-N-Play for infants (located in the twin bedroom closet).

• Board games provided for group entertainment

• Cornhole game, beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and toys are located under
back of house (you will see a gate near the end of the driveway).

• Backyard soft string lighting with fire pit and Adirondack chairs

• Large deck and backyard with chairs and table

• Propane barbeque grill

• Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, Keurig
coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and blender

• The driveway extends approximately 40-feet beyond the privacy gate fence and is
just over 9-feet wide to park your boat/trailer, motorcycles etc. away from public
view. The gate is lockable; however, you must bring your own lock.

• Chairs on front porch for relaxation

• Convenient keyless entry for easy access

• Integrated ADT security system for your option to use The property has NO
cameras to ensure you and your group’s privacy

• Utility room features a washer and dryer (laundry pods provided)

• Bath & hand towels and washcloths are provided along with extra pillows, sheets,
blankets, and beach towels.

• Pet Polices
o No more than 2 pets each weighting under 25 lbs.
o Pets not allowed on the furniture.
o Pets are not allowed in the house alone unless they are kenneled.
o Pet towels to clean your pets can be found in the laundry room,
o Backyard is completely fenced.

Gulfport Treasure
This is an easy review to write. Our stay at this property was everything we could have asked for. Great location, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable house. Our host, David, was easy to reach and took care of any issue or question quickly. 5 min. walk to the beach and close to Biloxi, Long Beach, Ocean Springs and all the attractions in Gulfport. We'll be staying again next year for sure.

Stay in gulf port
When we arrived, it was noted that the inside was very clean and had everything needed. The property even came with Keurig coffee and pods. The owner ensured there was plenty of entertainment inlucing TV's and games to play. Also included were towels, beach towels, chairs, wagon, etc. which was a huge help for stuff we did not have to bring. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area. Our stay was fantastic and the house was perfect.

Great Beach Getaway
The house is lovely and in an ideal location - close to the beach (really is 3 blocks away!!), right off the main road to get to Biloxi and other small locations around the area. The beach was great and even better with the beach chairs and towels provided at the property. Parking and getting in and out of the neighborhood was easy and there was plenty of room to park on the driveway. It was fabulous for all of our big kids to have their own beds and having 3 showers for after beach washing was perfect! Couldn’t have been happier with this property and the owners were so helpful and kind! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic house!
We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, amenities, and location of the house. A/c worked great and it was only about a 5 min walk to the beach. The provided wagon was a lifesaver! It was very easy to get to and from by car as well when we traveled to different attractions and restaurants along the Gulfport/Biloxi coast. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation house! Thanks a lot!

Super cute!
This place is so cute and in a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach and centrally located to restaurants. Very spacious, nicely decorated, and has all the basics you would need. Also provided is a beach cart and some beach toys, chairs, and umbrella to borrow. Nice outside areas to sit and relax or have a bbq. Really loved our stay and highly recommend!

We had a great relaxing time at this property. Clean, larger then pictures appeared. Great back deck and fire pit. Narrow drive way but tandem friendly. They left us a nice little new year party fun pack. Great time to end the year and ring in the new.

Wonderful home and locations
This place made for an amazing trip for our little family. Rented the day before our trip began and was nothing but happy with everything! The little extras from the host were much appreciated and showed lots of thought to their rental and guest experience. We did buy and leave a small boiling pot there for other guests to boil seafood of they choose. The short walk to the beach was not an issue for us even our 3 Littles. Will definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Trip
This was a nice way to end our Anniversary Trip! The house was stocked with everything you could need. It was very clean and close to the beach. There is a train close by but if you are a heavy sleeper you will be fine. I would stay at this property again!!
