A good rental that was confusing in some ways
I picked this rental to be here during a TDY for the military. I only booked them for 30 days of my stay and it was good with some issues. The HOA rules for the pool made it not kid friendly so we only tried once and didnt go back. The property is very close to train tracks so if you are light sleepers or have babies it will be hard keeping them asleep. The property is by the entrance and the dumpsters which is convenient but also hard when everyone has to drive by you at night and trash trucks. If you are not from the gulf coast be aware the water has a sulfur smell to it and a bit oily or something, its just a biloxi deal
Now on to things within the owners control. The property manager and owners were very responsive to messages and worked on things very fast. The fridge broke first week and the owners responded quick to get it fixed. The owners attempted repairs themselves which then needed to be replaced. During this occurrence, the owners did keep us updated on any changes but they were not good at giving us warning, other than what day, then show up at the door knocking unannounced. The listing was not entirely clear that the “kids room” was downstairs away from the master with an exterior door. We only used it for toys and such. The house was comfortable and the living spaces were very clean but the common areas were not, but they where going to talk to cleaners. Over all it was a good but had some issues.
