Beautiful Getaway!

My daughters and I loved the home. It was comfortable and beautiful. The balcony overlooking the gulf was so relaxing. There were great amenities on site and the bonus of the beach made it special. I would come again and stay longer the next time!

Amazing Stay!

Condo was perfect! Owner very kind and always answered any questions I may have had. Condo was very well supplied and the bed is amazingly comfortable!! My next trip to Biloxi I will be staying at Legacy 1404!!

Wonderful Place

Took our 95 y/o mother who lived in gulfport over 60 years ago. She so enjoyed breakfast & lunch on the well furnished balcony & time at the nice pool. Would recommend without any reservations to others!

Quick weeke d get away

The property was nice the fliirs could have been cleaner, the rugs need to be replaced, my grandchildren tripped on them they seemed very worn, end curled on edges and needed cleaning. Unit was well equipted, patio furniture very nice, nice pool area, great location, would come back, definitely

great location

The condo is great and is in a wonderful location between Gulfport and Biloxi. It could use some tender loving care. Picture in the master bath fell and scratched the tub prior to our arrival. There were some burned out lights, fan in front bedroom on left did not work, knob on one of the doors for washer & dryer was falling off. Owner allowed us to come in early and and was very helpful and responded to us. I would gladly recommend this condo to anyone,

Property was nice, room was FILTHY

When we arrived, the sheets on the beds had hair, mascara, kool-aid and other stains on them. We tried to change them out but there were no sheets that fit the king bed in the condo. When we went to wash the dirty sheets, there were over 20 wet towels crammed in the washer plus hand towels and washcloths. So we had to finish that laundry (drying 3 loads for over an hour each) before we could wash the sheets. I messaged the owner and housekeeping brought new sheets the next day (that still didn’t fit the bed). After the housekeeping manager had been in the room for a long time, she told us her husband has covid! When she arrived a second time to bring the correct sheets, we tried to get her to leave the sheets with us and we would put them on the bed. She came in and told her helpers to put them on anyway. She then yelled very rudely at her helpers who were doing exactly what she told them to. It was very awkward how rude she was to them. She blamed everything on someone else. We had to go buy a lot of items that are commonly in VRBO condos, like Lysol, washing detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, aluminum foil… The kitchen was missing a lot of common items also: measuring spoons and cups, plastic bowls for leftovers, sharp knives, mixing bowls. It was definitely not a fully-stocked kitchen. Everything was dirty - the floors, sheets, bedspreads, bedside rugs, coffee maker, the griddle in the kitchen island spilled grease all over the floor (apparently it had been put away without emptying the grease catcher - which tells me it probably hadn’t been washed), the balcony had sunflower seeds on it from a previous guest, a plate in the cabinets had a green ring on it yet there was no green soap in the kitchen - don’t know what the ring was from. The owner never followed up with us, and frankly we didn’t want housekeeping to come back at this point. During the trip we began feeling sick. After arriving back home we took covid tests and are positive. The property is easy to get to. Parking deck was convenient. The view from the room is nice. The traffic is louder than the waves. You do have to cross 6 lanes of traffic with no crosswalk to get to the beach. The beach is not a pretty “Florida-type” beach. The pool area is nice. The workout room was also good. There is one sauna in the men’s room and one in the women’s room of the neighboring tower. If you’re there as a couple it might be awkward using the sauna together.

Wonderful stay

The property is as pictured, clean, comfortable, wonderful balcony view, and close to many things. Everyone was so nice and helpful! The pool was amazing and a lifesaver since the first part of our stay had the heat dome so the beach was a no and our kids swam in the pool at night. Our last day was a oerfect beach day but an alligator was enjoying the beach so we spent the day at the pool and it was wonderful! Property owner was very kind checking to make sure we got in ok and letting us know how to get a hold of him if anything was needed. Restaurants in the area are close and delicious!!!

Great place!

The place was beautiful and clean. The view was fantastic, the pools were nice and we loved having shaded parking! Lots to do around the area for everybody. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

Great place to stay!

We would absolutely stay here again! The condo is lovely, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the balcony with plenty of comfy places to sit or dine overlooking the beach. Our host was extremely responsive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was nice and well stocked (although be aware the coffeemaker is the traditional kind, not a Keurig). Beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the property, with a reserved first level parking space. In fact, if you are someone with mobility issues, this is a very easy place to stay because of that, and the elevators. There are 2 very lovely outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. My only complaint regards the indoor pool. it is the only heated pool on the property and it was outright HOT ! I do water exercise, but the outdoor pools were too cold during our visit and the indoor pool was so hot I could not exercise in it. It felt more like a jacuzzi. The facility could save a lot of money by kicking the termperature down to about 84 degrees, the standard most indoor recreational pools use. Fortunately there was also a well stocked exercise room with treadmills and machines. Also be aware the beach is not known for its swimmability, But nice to sit on and enjoy the view. There was a lot of road noise outside but quiet inside the condo.The location of the condo is ideal with a lot to do if you have a car. We LOVED Ocean Springs and found so much to do there. There are a ton of good restaurants in the area. We'll be back!
