"Had to cancel trip due to national warning against travel to Turkey due to conflict in Middle East. A missile was shot down by NATO over Turkey the same day as our travel. I requested the hotel to defer my reservation or give me credit for later travel in Summer / after the conflict is over. They showed me hotel non refundable policy. Conflict and bombs were not in my control and a good hotel that cares about it customers would have accommodated. All other hotels in Turkey were able to accommodate and give me a refund even though reservations were non refundable. Very disappointed with attitude and will never go there or recommend it to anyone"

"If you are going to Istanbul to see the main sights, this is definiotely where you should stay. First, all the staff is fabulou8s. They took great care of us and helped us a lot! The location is in easy walking distance of all the main sights. Itr is along the wall of To[paki Palace.We could see into the Topaki Gsardens from our room window. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Istanbul. "

"The hotel is just the right size, not too big or small, yet rooms are very spacious and beds quite comfortable. Bathrooms very large, turndown service is excellent and replenishing with two bottles of waters and new towels. The staff was extremely helpful and Ozzy the concierge made us feel right at home, he got us a last minute tour guide which was magnificent, her name is nicknames Ozzy too, please request her for she is highly educated and very warm to spend time with. The rooftop restaurant is a magical experience for its incredible views. You definitely will love the area, it’s superior location across the street from the Four Seasons will make you feel like royalty without breaking the bank.. and short 5 min walk to the main attractions! I’ll certainly stay at Seven Hills again."
