"Our stay was very good. Brianna at the front desk was full of great sightseeing and resturant recommendations. The only issue we had was the microwave in our room didn't work, we called the front desk and we were able to use the kitchen microwave thanks to Michael. Overall it was a good stay, clean, comfortable and everything we needed. "

"The front desk staff would leave and be unavailable...we got locked out of our room and had to wait at front desk until someone returned. No pool towels. Mold in the bathroom. No fruit for breakfast. Was not impressed with this stay!"

"We arrived at the property late due to travel, around 10;30pm. Check was easy, the room was nice. I sprayed Lysol in the room & bedbug spray on the bed which is my normal routine, after sitting on the bed for 20-25mins by 11pm I was bitten by bedbugs. I called the front desk, they were no help as they kept saying everything is "new" in the hotel. There were no other available rooms, I had to work with Expedia to get a refund & find another hotel. Awful experience! "

"Got to the room no pillowcases on the pillows room was dirty stains all over the wall stains all over the floor TV in the living room didn’t work toilet ran the whole time. Stayed two nights only got three towels zero wash rags the man that cooked was very rude said if you don’t like his food go stay somewhere else very unprofessional. Water damage beside of the window floor about fell through as you stepped on it. It is not what is advertised on pictures."

"The hotel is old and needs updating. The rooms have an ugly green paint with an off white color. Doors have bad scratches. Our hallway leading to the room was scuffed with scratches. The shower has “crud” at the doors. Breakfast was sparse. Need more choices. The only employee that I encountered that was friendly… Was Andy. The rest would say hello but that’s it. When I checked in, I got a hello how are you. He gave me my room keys and said nothing else. Our room was not cleaned after our first night stay and this was not acceptable. It must be a pet friendly hotel because we saw two dogs with separate people. I would not recommend this hotel to others and would not stay here again."
