Very good property . Rooms have beautiful decorative details and comfortable amenities. Very friendly staff . Hotel is close to all the main places to visit in Samarkand, just a few steps from Necrópolis Sha-I- Zinda and other attractions. They offered free bottles of water and tour options . Very good selection to stay in Samarkand.

I stayed at Ko'k Saroy and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Samarkand. The location is top notch. It’s right on the main street, and from there you can walk to Gur-e-Amir and Registan in just a few minutes. You really don’t need a car or taxi at all unless you’re heading far out of the center.
There’s a great little coffee shop just around the corner that serves iced Americanos and lattes, which I was especially grateful for as a traveler used to that kind of thing. The street...

The hotel is located in a park, so it is green and shaded all around. There are a few restaurants in the park, so dining is close-but there is also a restaurant in the hotel that was quite good! Everything was spotless, and the staff was great. Tony was working the desk when we arrived and was always ready with a smile. He also gave us great recommendations. The only downsides are the lack of an elevator and the fact that taxis have to drop you off about a block and a half away. I'd say it is a...

There was no miscommunication between us and this hotel.
The front desk suggested us a taxi call when needed, which was very helpful.
The most satisfactory part is the special atmosphere of this hotel.
Picturesque view from the balcony, floral courtyard, and variety of foods for breakfast (Western and local foods both included.)
Decorations with Uzbek arts inside are also very pretty.
Next time I visit Samarkand, I will choose to use this hotel again.

Excellent hotel, great location - around 30min walk to the key tourist sites - and helpful staff. The food is also quite good at the restaurant. They even have a laundromat that came in very handy. One slight drawback - no alcohol is served.

The hotel has glitz and glamor and the location is good with other restaurants close by. There is a very good restaurant at the hotel also but I did not eat there. There is one thing that needs to be addressed. My tub was very high and there were no grab bars. It looks like there were some earlier but removed later. Also there was a rainfall shower but the glass door did not even cover half the tub area. I used the hand held shower very carefully and even then a little water spilled over.
