The same was sorted by hotel staff however a call to website Hotels.com from where room was booked had worst experience of mine . Inspite of informing him about ISD call , the hotels.com executive kept on hold for 15 mins till my phone balance was over and then no response from hotels.com. is is professional to keep your customer hanging at a different country and shrug yoirslef of responsibilities. "朝食6時半～10時まで。 メニューは、 ・クロワッサンとバターロールの2種類 ・サラダはレタスとポテトサラダ ・シリアル ・プレーンヨーグルト ・スープ(コンソメとコーンスープが日替わり) ・牛乳、オレンジジュース、コーヒー が置いてあります。 毎日同じメニューだったので正直飽きました。 ご年配の方やご飯が好きな方はちょっと。 ホテルは窓が開かず、換気が出来ないため、不便かもしれません。 また部屋に電子レンジがあるためとても便利でした。 歩いて行ける距離に西葛西の商店街もあり、食べ物や買い物は困りません。 値段が他と比べて安かったので、総合的にみてとても良かったです。"
