"The property was unsafe with a balcony door that didnt close latch or lock, was advertised as frequently booked by families.. i showed up to a cot set up for my 2 year old right next to this balcony door. I ended up having to stay awake all night to ensure my kids safety. A blind fell on my eldest son because the bracket was crooked. "It ended up the property wasnt available, already booked and we had to find alternate accommodation and are still waiting for a refund. Stayz took pur money very quickly but take a long time to give it back. Makes it hard ehen you are expecting to have money availavle for your holiday. We are never going to use Stayz every again"
