저렴한 가격에 깨끗한 숙소를 사용할 수 있었습니다. 주변에 숙소가 모여 있는 곳이어서 이동 인구가 적어 조용한 곳입니다.

혼자 숙박은 좋았음

좀 낡았고 자동 조명이나 출입시설이 없는게 시설이 오래된 원룸같았지만 혼자 조용이 자고 나오는건 괜찮았음. 유럽식 조식이라는게 간단한 토스트와 달걀프라이 같은걸 셀프로 먹는거였는데 있을 것은 전부있었음.

기억에서 지우고싶은 숙소

욕실 문고리는 삭아서 위험했고 바닥은 먼지투성이라 맨발로 걸어봤더니 잔뜩 묻어났으며.침대매트리스천으로 이불대신이었으며. 무료조식은 준비미흡으로 컵라면으로 먹으라시는 사장님 말씀에 ..조용히 사양하고 나왔습니다.방문때부터 불친절하셨어요. 최악의 숙박이었어서 그 충격에 늦은후기를올립니다.호텔이 아닌 여관 그이하였습니다.단지 좋았던것은 근처 금오천에서의 산잭입니다.

감사히 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 아침식사는 정말 최고!

외관에 비해 내부 인테리어가 많이 모텔스러웠지만 주인어른 두분 너무 친절하시고 침실 깨끗했습니다. 무엇보다 아침식사가 진짜...깜짝 놀랐어요 7찬 이상의 반찬, 미역국, 셀프계란프라이 빵, 치즈, 햄, 쨈, 두유, 주스까지 숙박비에 비해 과한 아침식사가 죄송스러울 정도 였습니다. 감사히 잘 묵고 왔습니다. 다음에 구미에 간다면 또 머무르겠습니다.

출장 때문에 예약하고 숙박했습니다 버스터미널이나 구미역에서 가깝습니다 근처 편의점이 있어 편합니다 난방 잘되고 좋습니다 출장오시는분들에겐 가성비 좋은 곳

출장 3박 정말 좋았습니다

일단 숙소가 참청결하고, 조명도 밝고, 여기 첫숙박이라 일단 1박 먼저 해보고 괜찮으면 더 숙박하려고 했는데 너무 괜찮아서 3박 하고 왔네요 일단 깔끔하고 난방좋고, 아침식사도 깔끔하고 출장자에겐 더없이 좋은 곳이었습니다. 다음에 구미출장가면 무조건 여기 숙박합니다

아침식사 가능 좋았습니다.

숙박은 일반적입니다. 단지 욕실은 좀 공간이 조금 좁았습니다. 장점은 베란다에서 간단한 빨래(세탁기 유)나 조리(싱크대)가 가능해 보였습니다. 간단한 아침식사 가능했습니다.(개인적으로 선호) 2명이 각 방 사용했어요.

괜찮은 숙소

평점은 낯은데 후기는 좋은 숙소. 보여지는 시설은 유명호털처럼 훌륭하지는 않지만 친구들과 2박 지내기는 깨끗하고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 제가 묵은 방은 투룸이었는데, 침대방에는 에어컨이 설치되어 있었고 거실방에는 에어컨이 없었지만 선풍기를 따로 주셔서 시원하게 잘 지냈습니다. 조식도 한식과 빵,라면,커피등을 취향에 따라 먹을 수 있었습니다. 스텝들도 아주 친절하게 안내해 주시고 기분좋게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 감사합니다~

밥과 토스트 등 셀프 조식 포함이고 레지던스 호텔로 세탁기까지 있어 지내기엔 가성비가 아주 우수합니다. 그러나 에어컨이 노후해서 더운 여름 날씨에는 방 온도가 안내려가서 힘들었습니다. 2~3시간은 틀어놔야 겨우 시원해지려 하는 정도 수준이니 여유를 갖고 기다리셔야 합니다. 주차도 빌딩 내에 있어서 편리합니다. 장박일수록 편리하게 있을 수 있을 듯 합니다. 참, 리모컨 하나로 에어컨과 TV 다 되니 에어컨 리모컨 따로 찾아 헤메지 마세요.

가정집을 개조한 숙박시설로, 지내기 나쁘지 않음. 특히 조식이 먹을만하고 좋다. 구미에 올 일이 있을 때마다 이용하고 있다.

가성비 좋은 호텔이었다. 강추위가 매서웠던 날이었는데 개별난방 가능해서 따뜻하게 잘 지냈다. 온풍기 난방이 아닌 온돌 난방이라서 더 좋았다. 오피스텔을 호텔로 리모델링해서 세탁기와 싱크대, 가스렌지 사용이 가능한 호텔이었다.

조식도 잘 먹었습니다.

구미터미널에서 가까워서 접근성이 좋습니다. 다만 주변에 유흥 시설이 좀 많이 있습니다. 일반 숙박시설이라기 보다 원룸을 개조한 형태입니다. 훌륭한 조식을 준비해 주셔서 잘 먹었습니다.

좋아요!

터미널 근처라서 이동이 편리합니다. 주차도 쉽고요. 방마다 옷장이랑 싱크대등도 있고, 특히 겨울엔 보일러 엄청 빵빵합니다! 공기까지 따뜻..ㅜ..담날 아침엔 간단히 먹을수 있는 조식도 있고 저렴한 가격에 전반적으로 대만족입니다. 구미갈때마다 항상 예약합니다.ㅎ

터미널주변의 괜찮은숙소

주변에 식당과 편의점이 많아서 편리합니다. 숙소도 모텔보다는 레지던스분위기가 나서 좋습니다. 아침조식도 세미부페식으로 잘 나옵니다. 다만 유통기한이 지난 드레싱용소스가 있고 프라이팬이 너무 낡아서 교체가필요합니다.

괜찮아요.

구미 올때마다 자주 이용합니다. 원룸을 개조해서 모텔이 아니라 그냥 집같은 느낌적인 느낌이랄까ㅋ.근데 이번엔 자고일어나서 냉장고 열었더니 물이 안들어있어서 당황;;;그거빼곤 다좋았어요ㅎㅎ

I was traveling alone and stayed one night and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the Hill Stay was. The staff is accommodating and makes sure you understand how things work. The room will comfortably accommodate two people and includes a stove and sink for your convenience. I believe the Hill Stay to be a true gem in the rough and would definitely stay again!
