Great Overnight Stay

We arrived late in Gundagai & had an unplanned overnight stay. We found self check-in was very easy with clear instructions. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. We had a great overnight stay.

Unfortunately my father had a fall getting out of the shower with the slippery wet tiles and the family room that was allocated for us had 5 stairs to get up to and enter. Because they are elderly and the room was not appropriate for their mobility needs we requested

Clean comfortable accommodation. Automatic check in meant no interaction with staff so unable to comment on staff. There was an unpleasant odour from the bathroom drain otherwise very happy with the accommodation.
