"Nice sized room and clean. Good scenic area by the river to walk around, and in a very pleasant location. It’s great to have found a proper hotel close to Uijeongbu central."

"First, the elevator to the floor that we were staying on, did not work. The room was not clean, it was actually pretty disgusting, there was even somebody else’s shower shoes left in the room. There was about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, The towels were old bath mats that had been cut in half with strings hanging them all of them like they were rags. The room stunk, there was laundry piled up in the hallways, there was no AC as the room was uncomfortably warm when we checked in. So we checked out first thing in the morning and notified hotels.com that Wood we would not be staying the entire state due to the issues that we’ve experienced in our arrival. We are still waiting for a response on our refund from hotels.com."

"merits: - lovely and cute room - lots of lovely and precious props and furniture - room service every day so please secure your luggage well - no food insecure as few restaurants locate nearby and even, they serve one downstairs - staff is nice and helpful - microwave is located outside the corridor, you could heat up the food anytime cons: - too many props and precious furniture that may be easily broken and damaged, suggest you moving them apart if you want more space - toilet will easily get wet as no shower curtain in between - poor window soundproofing so you could hear the pruning at 7am in the early morning - tiny room suitable with smaller size of luggage"

"The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"
