"First, the elevator to the floor that we were staying on, did not work. The room was not clean, it was actually pretty disgusting, there was even somebody else’s shower shoes left in the room. There was about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, The towels were old bath mats that had been cut in half with strings hanging them all of them like they were rags. The room stunk, there was laundry piled up in the hallways, there was no AC as the room was uncomfortably warm when we checked in. So we checked out first thing in the morning and notified hotels.com that Wood we would not be staying the entire state due to the issues that we’ve experienced in our arrival.
