The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!

Dirty and stinks in and out of property. Shower in room is very inconvenient. Shower head holder is placed where water goes to the wall instead of body. You are forced to hold the head to shower.

뷰는 좋으나 욕조 청결이랑 서비스가 조금 아쉬움

욕조에 곰팡이가 피어있었고, 물만 받았는데도 이물질이 계속 떠있었어요.. 히노끼탕이 메인인데 이런부분은 관리가 필요해보입니다. 나머지 뷰나 관리는 잘되어있었어요. 사장님께서 까페랑 같이 운영하시는 걸로 알고있었는데 방에 아이들 식기가 따로 준비되어있어서 포크좀 받을수 있냐고 여쭤봤는데 바로 없다고 하시더라구요 까페에 포크가 없을것 같진않은데ㅎㅎ 이런 부분이 좀 아쉬웠습니다.
