Reelin' in the pines is sure to provide a quiet, serene retreat. The wildlife is abundant and the fish are biting!

Perfect for our weekend stay!

We were attending a wedding nearby and did not want to stay in a hotel. This property was perfect for our family party of 10. We had room to stretch out and relax. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals in between wedding functions. I would love to stay here in the spring or summer, when it is not as cold. The lake views are very nice. We really enjoyed our visit.

Great little place

Really enjoyed this cottage away from the real world. On the other hand it was close enough to enjoy many of Alabama’s beautiful parks, waterfalls and the Space Center too. It would be a great summer spot too.

My family enjoyed this property. Our favorite park was being able to fish off of the dock out back.

Clean, spacious- beautiful views

Always Great

A group of friends always try to get this location for our annual fishing tournament. The house is always spotless and the amenities are great. The outdoor fireplace is great for socializing. There’s plenty of parking for boats if you opt not to use the boathouse

Wonderful Stay

The house and property were just what we needed for a family gathering. The separate living areas worked out very well, and the house was comfortable and well supplied. The view is lovely and the yard is great for kids! Good communication with the owners. We would stay again!

Great place

We all enjoyed this property. Plenty of room in the house and a nice backyard for the kids to play in. Beautiful views with lots of chipmunks, squirrels and birds. Loved being right on the water. Will definitely book again.

Great family getaway

Reelin in the Pines was perfect for our family rendezvous. House is spacious and comfortable. Yard is big enough for outdoor activity. Neighborhood is peaceful. Visits from friendly dogs were a treat too. And the outdoor fireplace is great for marshmallow roasting.

This place was great for me, my 2 brothers, and my 88 year old Dad! We fished and there was a ramp just a few minutes from the house! It was great!

Quick weekend

Visited for part of Memorial Day weekend to see our Army son get married to his sweetheart on Guntersville. House was perfect with plenty of space. We also made good use of the dishes and supplies in the kitchen. Easy access to town. Easy to get in and leave. Definitely recommend.

Great house, very comfortable

We had the best time and the yard is huge, so the kids played nonstop. We were disappointed in the area of the lake where the house was situated. There wasn't a lot the owners can do about that. There was a lot of vegetation in low water levels, so our kayaks got stuck often.

Fishing Trip

Had a great time here with 6 men and three bass boats. House had plenty of room and was equipped for many great dinners!! Location was quiet and neighbors were friendly. 10 minutes to ramp. Highly recommend this place if you are fishing or visiting Guntersville.

The property at Reelin In The Pines in Guntersville, AL met our needs perfectly

There was 3 of us in our group. We enjoyed the lake house and it’s vicinity where it was conveniently located to golf courses, restaurants and still had that remoteness of being out in the woods feel. We are hoping to be able to stay here again in the near future. Beds were very comfortable and TVs were plenty big for college football.

Perfect for Family Christmas

Our family stayed here for a week at Christmas so that we could spend time together, as well as visit other family in North Alabama. This home was perfect for our needs. Lots of space to sit and visit, comfortable bedrooms, and a functioning kitchen. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and looking at the lake, and we were also close to town and grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, etc. We would definitely stay again. Easy check-in process. The Christmas tree was much appreciated!

Family time

We enjoyed our stay. There were 6 adults and 3 young kids. Lots of room for sleeping and playing. We brought my sons pontoon boat and we enjoyed day and night trips on the beautiful lake. Channel is low at the cabin but we made it fine. Would definitely return!

Beautiful Lake House

We had a large group, 11 of us, and we had plenty of room. The house was beautiful, the yard and view was amazing. Town is just a short drive. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone and would most def stay here again. The host was very sweet and accommodating and would touch base from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway, this is the place for you!

Quiet retreat on the Lake

We stayed for 3 nights for a weekend getaway, and it was very comfortable, quiet, and roomy. The back deck was a nice place to have coffee in the mornings, and the evenings could be spent around the outdoor fireplace or in the roomy family area. Both were very enjoyable! We recommend this place as a nice vacation spot, and we will definitely visit again. We only wish we'd known Hydrofest was taking place the weekend we were there, but it didn't keep us from enjoying ourselves. It was actually fun to see, and next time we'll be better at researching events in the area before choosing our dates.

Family Fun in the Pines

The property is tucked away in the pines for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The yard is huge making it great to play all types of lawn games. The water level was a bit too low for us to have our boat at the dock or boat house, but we managed with the public boat access just a few minutes down the road. The house was spacious enough for all our family in the immediate SE area (AL, GA, & TN) to gather for lots of food, fun and games. It was a great 4th of July celebration!! Thank you to our hosts, Drew and Alaina, for making our vacation stay awesome!

The Lake House

This home is absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful time. The owners are fantastic they responded anytime I messaged them for anything. We even went and bought some fishing poles to do some fishing didn’t catch anything but the kids had a blast. We definitely will be staying there again. They have a outside fireplace which is great the kids made s’mores. It is really a family oriented home. We really enjoyed ourselves. It’s also close to stores and a beautiful park. Thanks ago for allowing us to stay in your home

Escape to the Lake

Myself and three other friends had a great reunion at Point of Pines in Guntersville. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and has more than enough room to fit a family of 8-10 people. The hosts and their website make it so easy to reserve and they are quick to respond to your emails and any questions you may have about the property. If no one is staying there the night before you check in, you are free to get with the hosts to see if you can check in early and the two times I’ve stayed here have been YES. The hosts are very accommodating and are awesome to deal with making your stay at Lake Guntersville and absolute enjoyable one to build great memories with friends and family in a worry free environment knowing your hosts are readily available to assist you in anyway they can. I’d recommend staying with Ladner Vacations in North Alabama to anyone who is looking to escape to the lake for a nice relaxing getaway. Making the reservations, your stay and your hosts are above and beyond excellent. 😁
