Pool and patio service is provided before arrival and weekly during extended stays. Because the property is surrounded by mature tropical trees, leaves in the pool are a natural part of the setting.

Good to Know
Casa de la Serenidad is located in a quiet residential community and is best suited for guests who value privacy, tranquility, and a residential environment.
No parties, events, weddings, pets, or outside visitors are permitted. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and the minimum booking age is 28 years old.
The swimming pool is ungated, and the property includes indoor stairs, open terraces, and outdoor areas. For these reasons, the home is not recommended for infants or children under 5.

As throughout Puerto Rico, occasional utility interruptions may occur. The home has a 400-gallon emergency water cistern, rechargeable lighting and fans, solar outdoor lighting, and a small portable backup battery for phones and small devices. The property does not have whole-house backup power.

Extended-Stay Housekeeping:
The cleaning fee included for extended stays covers professional housekeeping service every two weeks throughout the reservation, as well as the final checkout cleaning.

Biweekly housekeeping is required for extended stays and helps us maintain the home in excellent condition. Cleaning visits will be scheduled in advance at a mutually convenient time, and guests must provide access to the property for the scheduled service. Pool and backyard cleaning are included and visits are weekly.

There are no additional housekeeping charges during the stay unless the guest requests additional cleaning services, which may be arranged at the guest’s own expense.
