"First off, it doesn’t tell you until after you book, that your “check-in” time is 10pm. We showed up at 6pm (after being stuck in Seoul traffic for 3+ hours) and wanted to relax. Just to find out that it was an extra 30,000 won if we checked in at that time. We paid this so that we had somewhere to park our car and leave our bags. Bathroom is tiny and could see some mold starting to grow on the grout along the wall. On a bright note, it is walking distance to Coex mall."

The only contact info available was actually a phone number for customer service at hotels.com – who couldn’t help us at all.
