Across from a charming lake and waking path with a beergarden to sit and people watch. In the same tower there is a fabulous Michelin restaurant. All staff were friendly and efficient. "

"Great spot for those looking for a quiet relaxing stay. Surrounding area was lovely but walking it was for the able bodied only! Great food and service and what you might expect from a luxury hotel. Wine extremely well curated at the shop. Bath in room clean, but really small with ambulance impeded by how bath was situated. Overall, I would give this a slid 4/5 rating and would go again. "

Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

Additionally, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from local attractions and restaurants. The only issue I encountered was the lack of hand soap and toothbrushes provided in the suite. I wasn't a fan of having to pay separately for these items from the vending machine....

"Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities I needed including a phone charger and some toiletries. Checking in was contact-less through the kiosk when entering the builiding, and was an easy process. Everything was really clean and the location was perfect with the subway a short walking distance and lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. "

Having a kitchen was very useful, was able to cook a meal when I wanted without having to go out. Location of the property was also convenient with both 7-Eleven and GS25 within short walking distance. "
