Great hotel in the Jamsil area where you have amazing attractions close by with the highest tower in Korea, amazing food street close by amenities in the hotel are top class… swimming pools outside or indoor, saunas… Japanese toilets in the room… one of the best breakfast that I have ever had. Really enjoyed the stay but there is a complicated elevators to navigate :)

Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andaz‘s but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Great service from the moment you get in to the door, to reception, concierge, room is exceptionally clean and the best part is the exhilarating view of the lake and signiel tower...the cafes are everywhere seems like there is one on every corner..My family were so sad to leave Seoul because of our experience here! We sure will come back to Sofitel in the next few years!!

Loved our stay here, room was beautiful and staff were super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place! Location was great, right next to Lotte Mart and Jamsil station.
