"A room was old and worn, and a bathroom was very disappointing."

"From a standard from the US this property wouldn’t be considered a “hotel” per se. Rather it’s a motel at best with very very limited amenities. Think Super 8 motel that’s been painted black inside. Cleanliness is not quite acceptable. All rooms are SMOKING. I speak Korean and asked in Korean whether they had any non-smoking rooms. The staff said “no, and even if we were to state non-smoking, we wouldn’t have a way to enforce the non-smoking policy. Everyone just smokes in their rooms!” I got a migraine headache first night due to the smell. Highly discourage folks from using this place as a “hotel”."

"Took a taxi 3 times to find this place. The doors are not numbered in the building, not a user friendly building and instructions. Nowhere to leave luggage before or after check in. Voluminous warnings and advisals of charges."

"The house entry password was incorrect, took a while to get in to the house.The house was ok for the money but it was very difficult to find the house because I am a foreigner and don’t know how the address works. If I don’t know how to speak Korean language, I might has to hire taxi driver."

"The basic amenities were lacking. Not enough blankets and towels provided. Host response to issues not helpful. Apt cleaning issues not explained or resolved. Dirty bed sheets and a large bag left outside of the apt never claimed or removed. Attempts to directly communicate with host via email obstructed by VRBO software blocking email exchanges and photo attachments within application. If we didn’t acquire our own additional blankets, towels and toilet paper we would not have been able to stay. It’s a brand new modern apt complex so providing decent amount of basic amenities would have been warranted."
