Excellent staff, service, and amenities with easy access to ample public transportation options. Overall an incredible experience and would highly recommend for international travellers. My only gripe would be the virtual lack of closet and dresser space, which makes for somewhat uncomfortable long-term stays.

AC hotel exceeded my expectation. The room was very functional, clean, and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful, and friendly. Very nice room in good location. Clean and comfortable. No bed bugs. Room is a bit small but not unexpected in Seoul. Nothing to complain about. Oh they have that clothes styling machine which is useful for drying clothes.

Where do I start with this place. Amenities are ok but room was way smaller than advertised dimensions given. During check in, would not give points to my Marriott Bonvoy membership due to it being purchased through a third party. Points should be offered regardless. Next my bidet stopped working and they sent maintenance up to "fix". Nothing was repaired and not even a follow up call to let me know that it couldn't be repaired. That issue alone should warrant a room change. It's a property that was acquired by Marriott but should have done more research into quality before the acquisition

It was my second stay. Very nice hotel. Very practical. It has great self serve laundry where soap is automatically dispensed and you pay by credit card. Great seafood all you can eat dinner buffet (not sure if it is every night). Great breakfast buffet. Staff is super sweet. Nice bar on 21 floor. Rooms are clean and modern. One thing is that the hotel is in a very hilly area with steep hills. But if you are biking Han River trail this is still a good start end spot. There is a GS25 right in front as well as Mega Coffee. There is also a nice lounge area with free espresso. I was very happy here.
