"When we checked in, the room keys didn't work, so had to go back down because they were programmed wrong. Once got in room, there was only 1 washcloth. Upon leaving in the AM .we saw housekeeping a couple doors down and informed them. When we returned in the evening. NO Housekeeping at ALL. Husband went to front desk and was told housekeeping said we had card on door handle. He had to physically bring up fresh towels, coffee etc. Next day housekeeping came as we were getting dressed, I got toilet tissue and informed them we'll be gone in 2hrs. We came back in evening, and no housekeeping again. Husband went back down and was told the same lie, that we had the card on the door handle. So No, we were not satisfied at all ."

"Our room faced the highway so we needed earplugs to sleep, the room was hot when we arrived but the ac kept up well once kicked on. TP was see through but plentiful."

"I booked through expedia for a room that said it could sleep 6 people with a king bed and a pull out couch (we have 4 little kids). When we got there, they said they dont have any rooms that sleep six people, and we had to get a roll away bed. It worked out okay, since our kids are small, but definitely not what we were expecting. The room was clean and i liked that it had vinyl floor and not carpet. The breakfast was so-so, same thing every single morning. Staff was friendly. "

"Second stay at this location... the hotel and rooms are spotless and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Food choices are good for breakfast, and the location is hopping with places to go, dine, and shop. Beds are also comfy!"

"There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the tub/shower had mold in the grout/caulk. The doorframe in the bathroom was rusted and water leaked everywhere. The showerhead didn't work properly so we have to adjust multiple times to get the correct water pressure to get clean. The room lacked lighting in the extended area where the couch was and the thermostat for the AC didn't work. Overall, it was a place to sleep, but I wouldn't go back. "
