3 BEDROOMS- 2 queen, and 1 full bed each in separate rooms, the master has its own bath.

KITCHEN- Fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plates and utensils, are all included

ENTERTAINMENT- The upstairs loft has a tv screen with Roku and a DVD player

LIVING ROOM- 2 reclining couches centered around a fireplace with an electric insert, in a high cathedral ceiling room.

2.5 BATHROOMS- The upstairs bathroom has a whirlpool bath tub, Towels and washcloths are included with each bathroom.

WASHER + DRYER- These are free to use during your stay (laundry detergent is not included)

LOCATION- 15 minutes from Titusville, 25 minutes from Meadville, 35 Minutes from Conneaut Lake, 1 hour from Lake Erie, 1.5hr from Pittsburg.

In winter conditions the driveway may be difficult for 2wd vehicles
