"On the outside everything looks great or well maintained but the closer you look you can see how dirty everything is. The floors had water stains, the sink was dirty, there were tea/coffee stains on the door. The amenities given in the bathroom such as the comb had hair on it. The mug in the kitchen had a red lipstick stain. The beds don’t come with a duvet but a single scratchy blanket that you have to share. There was a duvet in the cupboard with no cover and that had hair over it as well. One...

"Good service and clean but my double room seemed incomplete. Missing basic amenities like fridge, shower gel, tissues. Bed covers very thin and not soft."

"Amazing hotel.. I highly recommend it. Excellent location close to the beaches. All of the staff is amazing especially Dilara who went above and beyond what was required of her. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have everything necessary for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to have kid friendly options available for breakfast like pancakes and waffles etc."
