"Ideal location, great room and fabulous breakfast"

"Clean room. Excellent housekeeping and very friendly staff. Breakfast so so - took 1 star off for the instant coffee and dry over cooked options."

"Lovely, spacious room, with balcony, which was pleasant. We stayed on the sixth floor and really enjoyed the peace, away from the crowds and kids! The wine and Welsh cakes were a nice touch too. Breakfast was good and staff members were all excellent - professional, helpful and friendly. A very relaxing stay."

"Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is lovely and shower is great. Hallways are a little dated decor wise but apart from this all good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Over night car park charge of £16. Did not dine in restaurant on this occasion or use the leisure facilities as we’re visiting friends. Would happily stay again."

"We had a lovely overnight night stay at the Wallace. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and tidy with tea, coffee and Welsh cakes. The pub was inviting with roaring log burner which gave extra coziness. The evening meal was delicious😋 The best local sourced fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Full English breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay again"

"Great value and comfortable 2 night stay. Fab shower, blackout blind & curtains, friendly & helpful staff. Will definitely stay again when in the area"

"All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by."

"Excellent stay, lovely helpful and friendly staff. Would reccomend"

"Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok."

"Fantastic Place to stay and the rooms are so clean. You even have a lovey restaurant and bar that serves tapas. Will come again soon."
