Best place ever, it was very spacious and central to the area. Beautiful little inn. Mrs. Kim was wonderful, she cooked us the most amazing breakfast, best food I've had in Korea. Wish we stayed longer, we will be back! Thank you Mrs. Kim!!

The owners of the Inn were so nice. When you are traveling to a foreign country, having a host that makes you feel so welcome are especially good feeling. I would recommend this Inn.

We had a great stay at Hanok Inn. The rooms were clean, a good size and in a good location. Mr Kim cooked a great traditional breakfast for us each morning and was a fantastic host telling us where was best to visit and how to get there. We used local transport options and everything was easy to navigate.

Great find. Traditional Hanok accommodation close to the older part of town. Staff were very friendly and showed us exactly where to go and what to do. Korean breakfast was included and the best breakfast I have had so far in Korea. The staff also spoke English which helped. I would definitely recommend the accommodation.

This is a very nice traditional Korean house(hanok) hotel. I stayed on the second floor so the view was great. The location is convenient for walking around. The Korean breakfast made by Madame was delicious and she was very kind, including arranging the car. If I go to Gyeongju, I would definitely like to stay here again.

A lovely couple has built this Hanok in the center of old town Gyeongju and runs it with such love and warmth. The rooms are authentic and the breakfast is cooked right there in their kitchen. It is like they have invited you into their home and make you a part of their family. We really enjoyed our 2 day stay here and hope to return soon.

Staying at the Hanok Inn is not just a matter of accommodation, but a whole experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and manages to combine modern comfort with the gorgeous traditional architecture. The owners are the loveliest people you can imagine, and they'll take great care of you and offer you helpful advice to help you make the most of your stay in Gyeongju. I really miss their delicious bibimbap for breakfast, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else if I return to that part of Korea.

Staying at an actual Hanok house. Fantastic Korean breakfasts each morning prepared with care by the Owner. My friend and I were treated to a lesson in music using traditional Korean instruments by Owner. Hanok Inn was one of the highlights of my month long trip to Korea. Highly recommend a visit.

Amazing hosts! My family and I stayed here during and we felt incredibly welcome and had a wonderful visit. The grounds were beautiful, the architecture lovely, and the rooms were very comfortable. Every morning we also enjoyed the prepared traditional Korean breakfast. Location could not be more convenient to easily walking to all the major attractions of the city. Very much recommend staying here!

Very comfortable stay with wonderful hosts

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts at this hanok stay. The property is very well positioned in the hanok village and is walkable to a lot of the points of interest in Gyeongju. The hosts were very kind, provided a great breakfast and couldn’t do more to take care of me during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them and in Gyeongju. I highly recommend if you are looking to try a hanok stay but with a modern touch.

The place itself is a true Hanok experience. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING and enormous. The help we got from the owner and her husband prior to and during our stay was so very appreciated and they were kind and helpful and warm people. Stay here!!! You will be happy.

An authentic Korean experience. The house has blended traditional and modern renovations very well. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were generous with side dishes. The location was extremely convenient and close to the well-known tourist spots - royal tombs, the observatory, temples, etc. There are also lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Mr. and Mrs. Kim are two incredible people! They are warm, kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I felt like we are part of their family. Our stay at HanokInn was the highlight of our time in Korea. I cannot recommend this enough. The breakfast was amazing too! I still have dreams about it. My only regret is not staying for much longer!

The Hanok Inn is attractive, clean, and very quiet at night. It is also well located, with easy walks to good restaurants, the Daereungwon Tomb Complex, the Gyochongyo Bridge, the Donggung Palace, and the bus terminal for short rides to the Bulguksa Temple & Seokguram Grotto. The hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Kim, are good English speakers and quite warm and friendly. They are devoted to preserving Korean tradition in architecture (which he used to teach), music, and food. He is especially knowledgeable about local history and she is a superb cook who serves wholesome and delicious Korean breakfasts. If you're going to Gyeongju for the history, staying here will add an extra dimension. It was a trip highlight for us.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect place for us to relax, recharge and have unique experiences. It was always our wish list to stay in Hanok, the experiences were beyond and above our expectations. We had beautiful korean breakfast of Bibipbap with some side dishes, tea and fruit as a desert. The Hanokinn owner was very friendly, warm hearted and she is very proud of her Hanok Accommodation where they built 5 years ago. After the day trip to Bulguksa, we were back to the Hanokinn, she treated us with tea( black tea with lemon slices) and some biscuit. We had the afternoon tea in the garden, so relaxing and peaceful. The location was great, accessible place to all tourist places you can be reached by walking around or nearby stations. We strongly recommend the place and we will definitely revisit it. Thank you so much to Mrs Kim ( owner of this place) for your incredible service and hospitality.

私たちはHANOKINNに3泊させてもらい、慶州の観光を存分に味わうことができました。同時に韓屋でのオーナーの作ってくださる韓国の朝食、観光のアドバイス等のおもてなしは最高でした。なかでも、Ms.Kimが日本のお気に入りポップソングを歌ってくれたり、Mr.Kimの韓国の伝統楽器のミニワークショップでは合奏させてもらい、音楽を通じてとても有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。慶州にホストファミリーができたようでとても幸せです。
